DCS 19 Fabric Protection penetrates the fibers to keep liquids and solids from creating stains and enhances the cleaning results. Do not saturate as light spraying will give effective protection. Be sure to cover fabrics evenly and thoroughly for best results. 5. Allow 12 hours drying time before using treated fabric. 6. Allow 24 hours curing time then test for repellency with drops of water. If water penetrates fabric will need a second application of DCS 19. DCS Formula 19 Multi-Surface Cleaner effectively breaks down and removes even the toughest stains like mildew road tar rust and salt.
