Ingredients

| 19 | oz | Can pineapple chunks |
| 1 1/2 | c | Pineapple juice |
| 3 | pk | Cherry jello |
| 1/2 | c | London cuvee superieur red |
| 1/2 | ts | Nutmeg |
| 16 | oz | Dark sweet cherries drained |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped pecans |
DirectionsDrain pineapple, reserving juice. Heat reserved juice, plus 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice, to boiling. Dissolve 2 pkgs. Jello in juice. Add 1/2 cup London Cuvee Superieur Red and 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Chill until mixture thickens slightly. Fold in pineapple chunks, drained cherries and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Pour into 1-1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold and serve on salad greens.

Ingredients

| 3 | | 3 oz pkg cherry gelatin |
| 9 | c | Boiling water |
| 4 | c | Sugar |
| 4 | c | Water |
| 2 | | 46 oz can pineapple juice |
| 6 | oz | Frozen OJ |
| 4 | tb | Lemon juice |
| 2 | l | Bottle ginger ale |
DirectionsDissolve the gelatin in the boiling water in a large saucepan. In a separate saucepan boil together the sugar and 4 cups water. Add the pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice. Cool. Combine the gelatin and juice mixtures. Pour into plastic containers and freeze. Set out about 3 hours before serving. Add the ginger ale just before serving. The punch will be slushy.

3. Basic Fruit Saucetag: drink

| 1 | pn | Cream of tartar |
| 1/4 | c | Sugar if juice is unsweetened |
| 1 | tb | Lemon juice |
| 2 | ts | Arrowroot or cornstarch |
| 2 | tb | Fruit juice; cold |
DirectionsThis fruit sauce is one of the basics. It can be served on ice cream or with a pastry. COMBINE first amount of juice, cream of tartar, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to boil. Mix arrowroot with the rest of cold fruit juice. Add to boiling juice. Cook until clear and slightly thickened. Serve hot or cold. Makes 1 1/4 Cup

4. Fruit Jellytag: drink

DirectionsDissolve gelatin in hot water. Add apple juice and refrigerate until set.

5. Bloody Mary W/tabasco-Spiked Ice Cubestag: drink

| 4 | c | Tomato juice |
| 6 | tb | Fresh lemon juice |
| 3 | tb | Fresh lime juice |
| 2 | ts | Tabasco |
| 3/4 | c | Vodka |
| 4 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | ts | Garlic salt |
| 1 | ts | Dried oregano |
| 4 | | Green onions; trimmed |
DirectionsCombine 1 c tomato juice, 2 tb lemon juice, 1 tb lime juice and 1 ts Tabasco. Pour into ice cube tray; freeze overnight. Combine vodka, garlic salt, Worcestershire, oregano and remainging 3 c tomato juice, 4 tb lemon juice and 2 tb lime juice and 1 ts Tabasco in pitcher. Divide Tabasco ice cubes among 4 tall glasses. Pour tomato juice mixture over. Garnish each glass with 1 green onion. Source: Bon Appetit
