Cheesy Chicken Breasts Recipe

ingridients :

4		Whole chicken breasts; split and skinned
2	oz	Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
1		Egg; beaten
1/4	c	Fine bread crumbs
1	tb	Parmesan cheese
1	ts	Parsley
1	ts	Chicken bouillon
1/4	ts	Salt
1	ds	Pepper

directions :

Cut slit in chicken breast. Cut cheese into strips and put inside slit in chicken breast. Secure with toothpick. Place, bone side down, in baking dish. Brush chicken with egg.
