directions :
1. Shell green peas.
2. Heat oil. Add peas; stir-fry 1 minute. Then stir in catsup, sherry, sugar and salt.
3. Add stock and heat quickly.
4. Add deep-fried chicken pieces. Simmer, covered, to heat through; then serve.
