The Secret System For Getting Completely Out of Debt and Reaching Financial Independence on Your Present Income, in 3 Easy Steps

by Henri G. Schauffler

All families and home biz owners have to think about debt, finances, bills and income almost every day. There is no reason to be overwhelmed by something that can actually be CHANGED. How?

This article will show you how to:

  • Eliminate all of your debt (including your mortgage) in 5 - 7 years
  • Take control of your finances
  • Become financially independent (the dream of most Americans) by retirement.

The First Step is to get a copy of your CREDIT REPORT. In it you will find your entire credit history. It may be shocking to you, but it will be revealing. I suggest that you do it today. At the bottom of this report is a link to help you get started.

The Second Step is to make a list of all the debts you have using the

"ROLL DOWN SYSTEM." This is a powerful but little known system that will allow you to pay off all your debts, including your mortgage, in half the time or less than you may have thought possible.

Start by calculating the entire amount you are spending on all debt payments each month, including your mortgage. Then list the credit cards, credit lines, car loans and other short term debt, from the smallest to the largest. From this time forward, simply spend the same amount each month to service your debt you have always spent. Here’s the secret to accelerated payoff...

Once you have completely paid off your first debt, DO NOT begin spending the amount of the payment – add it to the payment of the next debt on the list! As each debt pays off, continue this process. In a year or two, you will get to...

Your MORTGAGE! But now you have considerable extra money to pay each month. Using this strategy, you should be able to pay off all your debts, including your mortgage, in 5 – 7 years! So, after you pay off everything, you can begin living the life of Riley, right? NO!

Now it’s time for Step Three. You simply take the ENTIRE AMOUNT you were using to pay off your debts and begin INVESTING it in sensible mutual funds. This will be a considerable sum, and will allow you to reach that enviable state of FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE that most Americans truly want to reach.

Here are two bonus strategies to create wealth even faster...

  • Add as much as you can to your monthly debt payment from the beginning. The more you can add, the sooner all will be paid off and the sooner you can begin investing.
  • Start a sensible home business to add extra income to your budget, but use its profits in this plan, not for high priced “fun.” Added attraction – having a home business offers numerous tax benefits for even more savings.

For many people, doing all of this seems a little complicated and difficult. That’s why most have not implemented such strategies in the past. Many of these things can be done automatically with the right service. WealthLink is one such service which I highly recommend. It helps you get your credit report, analyze it, creates your debt payoff plan, helps you make a sensible investment plan and even offers an excellent business opportunity by giving you your own website to promote the service. Good luck on the road to financial independence!

  • Safe From Strangers

    by Gary Direnfeld

There are few thoughts as terrifying as the abduction of your young child by a stranger. The fear causes parents to think long and hard about their children’s safety. They tell them in a very clear voice, “Do not to talk to strangers.”

The problem is though, that a child’s view of a stranger is very different from a parent’s view. From the child’s perspective, because a stranger is someone they are supposed to be afraid of, they expect a stranger to look ugly or scary. In fact, few, if any strangers actually look like the child’s notion. Then to make matters more confusing for children, we teach then to respect and listen to their elders and be polite. Then as role models, children see us talk to people we have never met before, day in and da Safe From Strangers Recipe

Stop! Don't Give Your Cat That Chocolate!

    by Larry Chamberlain

"Where's the harm? My cat seems to enjoy chocolate and it's only a small piece."

Just because certain foods, such as chocolate, are enjoyed by us humans and are perfectly safe for us, it does not mean they are suitable for cats. Chocolate contains chemicals which rarely cause problems for humans, but for cats and other domestic pets, these chemicals can, in rare cases, be deadly.

One problem is that cats in general find chocolate very tasty and so, it is important not to feed it to them, otherwise they will eat what you give them up to the point where it poisons them.

Chocolate contains the compound theobromine which is a diuretic as well as a cardiac stimulant. This can cause the pet's heart rate to increase or it may cause the Stop! Don't Give Your Cat That Chocolate! Recipe

    The Thanksgiving Blessing

    by LeAnn R. Ralph

“Wouldn’t you just know it,” muttered my husband, Randy.

We had already been driving for a couple of hours in a pickup truck that we had borrowed from a friend, and now it was completely dark.

“What’s wrong?” I asked sleepily. I had dozed off only a few minutes ago.

“It’s starting to rain,” Randy replied, as he reached over to turn on the windshield wipers.

Rain? In a few seconds, I came fully awake. If it was raining, that meant Mom and Dad’s furniture was getting wet.

So far, it had been my worst Thanksgiving ever. Dad had passed away a month ago. My mother had died seven years earlier. When I was a kid, we always celebrated Thanksgiving at home. All four of my grandparents had died before I was born, and to me, Thanksgivi The Thanksgiving Blessing Recipe

Home For The Holidays: Happy Times, Right

    by Linda LaPointe

This time of the year is supposed to be happy. A time when family is warm and welcoming. A time for loving and feeling loved.

We watch the annual TV specials which emotionally choke us up. We watch those traditional, mushy movies like Miracle on 34th Street and It’s a Wonderful Life which bring sentimental tears to our eyes. We watch those heartwrenching Hallmark commercials which make us sob dramatically. All of these portray the ideal and they always end happily.

But real life isn’t like that.

Watching and listening to all the hype and sweetness reminds many of us of our losses. We think of the things we won’t have this year, or any year ever again. The holiday season is actually the season of much depression and sadness. Just i Home For The Holidays: Happy Times, Right Recipe
