Hong Kong Street Food

by Wong Yee Lee

If you have visited Hong Kong in the past, you should have tried the typical HK street food stalls and had a taste of the famous curry fish balls there. If you haven't, then you must make sure you will try it the next time you are there.

What is so special about it? Standing in front of a food stall like this, you will be able to see a wide selection of food choices. My favourite would be the curry fish balls and the pig intestines. Of course these may not sound mouth-watering to some of you but I am sure you will be able to find something which you fancy eating. 10 Wide Open Tips For Food Safety In The Great Outdoors

by Terry Nicholls

Hiking, camping, and boating are good activities for active people and families. However, if the food isn't handled correctly, food-borne illness can be an unwelcome souvenir.

For a day hike, just about anything will do as long as you can fit it in your backpack and keep it cold -- sandwiches, fried chicken, bread and cheese, and even salads -- or choose non- perishable foods.

2. Keep everything clean. Remember to bring disposable wipes if you're taki 10 Wide Open Tips For Food Safety In The Great Outdoors Recipe

Crab Stuffed Salmon with Lobster Sauce

by Richard Massey

I served this dish at an event I catered and people are still talking about it a year later. The lobster base used in the sauce can be found at stores offering specialty foods or you can order it off the internet. If you’re really ambitious, you could also make your own lobster stock and reduce it. Using it in place of the clam juice. Then chop up the lobster and use it in the sauce and stuffing. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Cut a pocket in the side of the salmon large enough for the crab stuffing. Gently place the crab stuffing in the pocket evenly.

Place salmon in a baking pan and bake salmon at 350° F for approx. 15 minutes or until the internal temperatu Crab Stuffed Salmon with Lobster Sauce Recipe
