Butter Crunch Desserts

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans OR 1/2 cup chopped walnuts OR
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Heat oven to 400º. Mix all ingredients with hands. Spread in ungreased baking pan, 13 × 9 × 2 inches. Bake 15 minutes; stir. Cool; cover and store in refrigerator.
