"New set is fine" I recieved a set of fiesta- the bowl had a crack in it. Amazon sent a new set out right away. The new set was fine. It's a pleasure doing business with amazon.com "shamrock green rocks" My husband saw the shamrock green bowl and ordered it for me. I have nothing else in that color so I ordered a place setting. It arrived yesterday. Its so pretty, the color is rich and even. It arrived fast well packed and looks great. I love fiesta.. its fun and durable and you can always add on and on and on "Fiesta Dishes" I love fiesta dishes.....the persimmon color is just the best. I've had fiesta for 12 years, and they hold up beautifully. So much so, I needed to add another color to my original 4 to "refresh" them. Plus, at Amazon you get the Tom and Jerry handled mug instead of the cup and saucer that come with sets at the stores. I would highly recommend them to anyone...my son and girlfriend have gotten into them, and have all the new bright colors. It seems that every color goes with the others, even the old ones. Buy some, make eating at home "fun"....just like going out. "Durable and Colorful Fiestaware" I have about 13 (4)piece place settings of Fiesta, all in different colors. I have also started collecting for my kids. It's durable, and beautiful all at the same time. It's also fun to mix and match all the colors. Makes for a great presentation. Love it! "Great dinnerware!" I've had my fiestaware for just over one year now, and still love it. I purchased four different colors: red, yellow, green, and blue. They look beautiful, can be used in the microwave and dishwasher, and are sturdy but not too heavy. The blue (which is more of a navy) does show knife scratches a little, but it has not removed any of the color. Best of all, the style has been around so long, you don't have to worry about replacing your dishes if you happen to break one!

What our customer's say! "excited and pleased", I was very excited to receiv this dinnerware place setting. I am just beginning to collect various vintage and "retired" colors of fiestaware and I absolutely love this color (which is not available in stores). Perfect compliment to the colors I already have. "fiesta place setting", Fiesta Turquoise 830 5 Piece Place Setting exactly what i wanted - hard to find color, great price, rapid response, perfect condition.... "Etched and worn in a period of months", I have owned these dishes for about 3 years now and am already looking to replace them. They look like I have had them for 30 years--etched terribly from the use of silverware. I am embarrassed to use them with company. I will never buy fiestaware again. What an expensive lesson! "Fiesta Plum", Fiesta Plum is such a happy color. As happy as I was to find it on Amazon! "Not necessarily "genuine" fiestaware - HORRIBLE customer service for return", I received these sets from my wedding registry. When I began opening the boxes, it was clear that the sets purchased directly from Amazon looked different. The center rings were not defined like the boxes labels "genuine Fiesta ware" that came from third party sellers. So I decided to return them. Although Amazon boasts easy returns from their wedding registries, this was not at all the case. I returned five sets, and have only received refunds for two of them. In addition, I've spent at least three hours on the phone with their unskilled customer service agents trying to clear up the issue. While the UPS receipts CLEARLY shows the weight of FOUR sets, they will only refund one from one of the shipments. Every time I call customer service to (once again) try to clear up the issue, I get another person telling me that the sets were delivered to Kentucky (signed for and confirmed by UPS) and customer service agents are in India and there is nobody in the continental United States that I can speak to. I'm almost ready to just hang it up and forget about the refund because I am so frustrated. Just a word of warning to brides using Amazon's registry -- DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO EASILY RETURN GIFTS. I have been a 10 year customer of Amazon and am ready to never purchase from them again. 
Read this reviews before You buy... "New Fiestaware color", This was a gift for my daughter-in-law. She has the Fiestaware set and wanted the new color. It is a very pretty shade of green. "Fiesta Dishes", I've been building my collection of fiestaware for a couple of years now. The dishes are colorful, durable, attractive, color coordinated -- I love them. I don't have a lot of any one color, but I mix and match and love every piece I own.... "surprised to find cup chipped", the two sets of black fiesta wear was packaged so good but i was surprised when my daughter opened them up and one of the black coffee mugs had a chip on it. i can't believe this happened because it was packaged so well. i did not want to send it back for a replacement of the one cup. "wonderful deal", Fiesta? 4-Piece Place Setting Scarlet Thanks for a wonderful product at a great price. Great service and super fast shipping. A+++++++++++ all the way. I will be buying through Amazon again for sure. "Great dishes!", For everyday dishes, Fiestaware can't be beat. We own a lot of the Fiestaware products, and they are durable and of good quality. It's fun to mix and match the colors as well. A good buy! |
