"LOVE ALL-CLAD"
An terrific pan, which is used almost daily. We have a large set and All-Clad is EXCELLENT.

"Great pan"
It's a good size, even heat & easy cleanup. I was concerned about it not being a no-stick pan, but its performance won me over the first time I used it.

"Cooks very evenly - we love it!"
This pan is not only pretty, but it cooks extremely evenly. Do not use metal utensils while cooking with these pans - I wasn't thinking and did scratch mine a bit. You'll love this pan!

"Wish I could afford the whole collection!"
I have wanted this pan for a long, long time, and I was finally able to get it. All I can say is that I wish I had bought it before. It's an amazing pan, food cooks evenly, nothing sticks, washes easily --- I'm happy to have it and strongly recommend it. A worthwhile investment!

"Kazzy"

I just love this pan. I use this pan almost every night. It cleans up beautiful. I just purchased this for my son and his wife and they love it also.

What our customer's say!

"Fry the best egg ever!", This 8" pan is quite tiny. I have not found many things I can use it for. However, since it is an All-Clad, it has even heating and it does fry the best egg, and grill a very tasty grilled cheese sandwich!

"As fry pans go, this is the gold standard.", I had a nice round $100 gift certificate to blow on Amazon, courtesy of the nice folks who raised me on tasty eats. What better way than to reward and encourage my own culinary efforts with the best damn fry pan available to man. Sometimes, you just have to go for top shelf, ya know?

This joint had the best price around, on or off site. They delivered it fast too--apparently whirling into action as soon as I'd hit the "buy it" button. I received it well-packaged and just in time to try out on some breakfasty type scramble.

Voila! I would definitely buy from these folks again. The next time I get a little spending money thrown my way. Thanks M & D!

"Great pans", I bought both the 8 and the 10-inch fry pans. I'm sold on All-Clad Stainless pans. I've used non-stick pans before to avoid messy clean up but the non-stick didn't perform that well. The All-Clad does an outstanding job on anything I cook and the clean up is a snap--just as easy as the non-stick. I'm in the process of replacing all my pans with All-Clad Stainless.

"The Best Quality in Cookwear", It is recommended to buy each piece as you need it and for the purpose it was designed.Cook's Illustrated, highly recommended this pan. I own almost every piece of All-Clad S.S. How lucky I was to have chosen it,when I was looking into purchasing my Athena Max Burton 6000 induction cooktop,All-Clad is totally compatible.

"ONE IS GOOD, TWO ARE BETTER", I thoroughly enjoy these 8" frypans. I own TWO. My husband likes 'sunny-side-up' eggs and I prefer lighly scrambled. I prepare both pans by melting very small amounts of equal parts oil (oil keeps the butter from burning & butter (butter gives the eggs a nice flavor) . While his eggs are frying, I am scrambling mine. Clean up is easy. While we have our breakfast the pans are soaking in soapy water, and by the time we are finished and clearing the table the pans are ready for washing. Cooked egg slips off easily, pan is shiny, and I am happy. Preparing a non-stick pan before cooking is key, and when it's done properly the pan behaves as a non-stick.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Great pan and a great way to cook", This pan and an All-Clad saucepan were big splurges for me. I have not cooked in another brand of stainless cookware and did look at several other brands. That said, I have not questioned my buying decision once.

The keys for me have been "hot pan, cold oil (fat)", not being too chintzy with the fat, and letting the food get a good amount of caramelization before touching it. Not that that's rocket science, it's just such a treat to find cooking in stainless so easy. About the amount of fat, 1 Tbsp butter was sufficient for an omelet which didn't stick; but otherwise, I've actually been surprised at how little fat I could use--it just isn't like a getting by with little to no fat in a nonstick pan.

This pan is the perfect size for my family of two. It's easy to handle and fits on my stove burners well, so even if I was fixing more food I'd have a hard time switching from this size pan. It's an acceptable size for smaller meals like a two-egg omelet.

I wash the pan in the dishwasher and use Barkeepers Friend to get rid of any discoloration.

"Gread addition or starter", My wife and I received this as a gift to add to our 10" and 12" copper core pans. At first we did not think we would find much of a use for it. However, as we often have both of us and our two teenage boys all in the kitchen at the same time during a meal prep, we have found several uses for it. We sear or sweat some ingredients prior to adding them to a larger recipe.

If you already have parts of an All-Clad collection this will complement nicely. If you do not have any All-Clad this may be a good place to start.

"Best Pan i've ever owned", I bought this pan for a christmas present for my husband. he loves to cook. I find myself using it alot also. It's so nice to cook with. I bought the cover separately but now wonder if I should have. I don't think I'll be using the cover much since it's a frying pan. Just something to think about. But the pan is outstanding!!!!

"All-Clad Stainless 12-Inch Fry Pan Rocks", This is an awesome skillet. No one should be without! It's a fantastic size and the quality can't be beat. I have other all clad pieces and some caphalon also. You really do get what you pay for. Highly recommend this!

"all clad 12 inch fry pan", Overall it's a great fry pan, heats pretty evenly, cooks real nice and is oven ready. The handle could have been more oven glove friendly. You get the feeling it wants to flip unless you jamb a thumb into the top. If I had it to do again, I'd look closer at the less than $100 pans.
As usual, Amazon has the best sources.
