"Bodum Chambord 12-Ounce Coffee Press", This press is a great pot and does the job just fine. I wish I had gotten the next larger size because I usually would like a second cup almost immediately. Otherwise, it's great!

"French Press coffe pot", I really love it. I use it daily at work and now other people are interested. I brought one for my daughter and she just loves it too.The coffee is exceptionally good.

"Not a press", This coffee press doesn't press the coffee. It just isn't designed correctly and not worth the trouble. My old Mr. Coffee makes better coffee. And yes, I have had wonderful coffee made with a coffee press that worked, so I do know the difference. I will keep looking for a good coffee press

"perfect for one person", I love this press because it's the perfect size for one person; a quick cup of java in the morning.
If you're making for more than one, I'd recommend a bigger size though.

"Makes good coffee - simply", This is an excellent product that requires little storage space and makes good coffee. It is idiot-proof to use and make just the right amount of coffee for one person.

"Very pleased!", We own the large-sized Bodum Chambord press. I decided I wanted a smaller version for those times when I just want a single cup of coffee, and this is the perfect size for that. Its design is identical to the large version and it functions just as well. Also works great for brewing tea!

"Not a good design", I bought this product and used it four times before the carafe broke. Not very well designed; the carafe fits too tightly into the holder making it very difficult to remove. I was always concerned that the glass would break in my hand. Fortunately it cracked instead of completely breaking. It's also very small. You can barely get the average morning cup of coffee out of it. I wouldn't recommend.

"Cute and Makes Great Coffee", By reading the reviews and actually measuring what 12 ounces is, I knew this would be small. (The confusion is understandable, given that some people think that a "cup" is a Vente at Starbucks.) Even so, when I opened the box, I was surprised at how small it was. The cups around my house hold about 10 ounces, so it it perfect for me. And, being only slightly larger than what you would put in a place set for a child's Barbie Doll, it is CUTE!

"Perfect single serving", I use this every single day and it is perfect for me. You can control the strength of the coffee easily, and the size is ideal. I fill it up once, pour half into my cup, and then add another 4 ounces of water, so I get about 12 ounces out of it per brew. Infinitley better than bulky coffee makers that don't make the coffee as delicous. Definitly recommend this item.

"Flawed components", The glass beaker of the first press that I recieved was broken at the base when I recieved it. This breakage was in spite of no apperent damage to the box it came in. I contacted Amazon and they promptly sent a replacement.

The beaker of the replacement press was fine and I use the press for making tea three or four time during the first 24 hours in my posetion. I was mindful to be careful of the beaker during handling. Then on the last usage I noticed a crack extending the lenght of the the beaker. The second beaker had also failed!

Nice idea but execution is badly flawed and a better, more robust beaker design is needed. I would not give it any star but that would look like I had not rated it.
