What our customer's say!

"Rosle - not always "Made in Germany"", I don't actually own the Rosle pizza cutter so I cannot comment directly on it. I do own a few other Rosle products and have found them to work well.

However, my comment is to counter something in Fred Brack's official Amazon review as I believe he is misleading customers.

Not all Rosle products are "Made in Germany." Many are "Made in China" and it's difficult to tell from the labels Rosle attaches to its products. Williams Sonoma, for example, adds "Made in China" onto its price sticker, probably to spare customers from finding out later and being incensed.

Rosle's Chinese products may be as good as Rosle's German products. I don't know. But, personally, I think there's more to it. If I'm going to pay Rosle's prices, I want a quality product made in a country with decent labor laws and pollution controls. That's not China.

Before you pay German prices, check if the Rosle product you're ordering is really made there.

"Really solid, well made, a joy to use", This pizza cutter will be the last one you'll ever need if you treat it well. The design is deceptively simple - it's just a pizza cutter - right? Well, I've used mine for pastry, pasta, and other doughs. It screams through the thickess or thiness pizza crust - actually cutting the crust rather than just hacking at it like some less well made models. My only warning - keep your fingers out of the way!

"A hassle to return", I bought this based on the editorial review that "All Rösle products are made in Germany", and I needed a good Germany-made cutter because the Germans are known for their cutting instruments. Now I have this shipped to me, and it is made in China.
