Others say...

"The most powerful steam........"
I have had my Euro-Pro steam generator iron for about 1 & 1/2 years and I love the power of the steam. It is the best iron I have ever used for sewing, crafts and everyday ironing. It can throw steam for a distance of about 8 feet! Once it has heated up there is absolutely no drip or leak onto fabric. The plate that the iron sits on is made of an incredible product that resists heat unbelievably. Once, I forgot to turn off the iron and the next night went into my sewing room and saw that the hot iron was sitting on the plate waiting to be used again; I was amazed that I hadn't burned the house down. As far as I am aware there are two negatives to this iron. First, there is no automatic turn-off and after using an iron that has this feature for years, I found this difficult to get used to. If the iron is left plate down on a garment or even the ironing board for extended time, it can cause burning of the fabric and possibly cause a fire. The second negative of this iron that I strongly dislike is that it takes about 7-8 minutes to heat up and that is valuable time when I am in a rush, and even more valuable time when I am using it in sewing projects.

What our customer's say!

"No problem for me, was I lucky?", I did ironing for an older lady. She bought the EuroPro about 2 1/2 years ago. I carefully stuck with the distilled water and followed all directions and never had a problem. And I ironed TONS of clothes for her. I love it so much I recommended it to my sister who bought one and adores hers as well. I want one for myself now, and plan to buy one. You can't beat it for speed and ease of use. And you can use it on ANY material! I have a feeling like any product there will be clunkers, but all in all this is a great product. (my husband & I learned to always keep receipts and books in our file cabinet, under appliances)

"Europe Pro Steam Station - a Rip-off", We bought this iron twice !! Our first one worked great - till 6 months later. Coulnd't mail it off for warranty repair - because we didn't have a receipt. So...we bought another one. Well, the second one didn't even last 6 months. It was great steamwise till one day it just stopped heating. Send it in for repair - never heard back from the company. So, we kept calling, finally were told - iron was unrepairable. They couldn't replace it because they had none !! Sounds like a scam !! Customer rep was impolite and had an attitude. I would advise potential buyers to stay away from EUROPRO. Invest your money elsewhere !

"Great until it died!", I loved this iron for the first six months. More than enough steam to iron the most wrinkled cotton shirt with no effort. Until that is it simply stopped working after six months - everything works except it no longer heats.

"What a hype!", I bought this machine with great expectations, but was sadly deceived. First, it needed distilled water faster than my steam iron did, second, after using it for about 2 months, the handle that you hold kept getting hotter and hotter, until you couldn't hold on to it anymore.
I sent the unit back to the company, which is not an easy thing to do because they have no phone listed for this company(I googled to no avail) and have not heard one word from them in over 2 months. I'm going back to my steam iron with a spray bottle for better results. hope this makes you trhink twice.

"Love my iron", I loved my iron and used it for about 6 months, using it mostly in my sewing room for pressing my quilt pieces. Then one day when I went to use it, it would no heat or turn on. I did not save my box and can not find my manual. So from loving it, I now have an iron that I can not use. Wish I knew where I could get it fixed.
