Others say...

"I love It!!"
At first I had problems learing how to use the auto stop but once I played with it for a few hours, I was able to master the operation of the machine. As far as the stitch quality I love it, also it is comprable to the electronic machine I purchased 6 months ago. So there!... I love the beautiful decorative stitches, especially the one with the cross and the heart well all of them! The instruction manual it is very self explanatory and helpful on the use of the machine and presser feet. I love it and that's that, I have owned the machine and already have made a semiformal outfit for Easter and it lived up to my expectation and then some. By the way I have been sewing since 1970, and am not a new seamstress.

"Read before buying a Euro-Pro Sewing Machine"
Machine is smaller and more lightweight than other machines I have owned. It does have a nice assortment of built-in stitches and 3 built-in buttonholes. Over all the machine appearance is nice and is easy to operate, also the instruction booklet is easy to follow. It does have features normally found on higher-end sewing machines; but it does lack the quality. The head and floor (power) pedal is constructed of thin plastic and feels weak like it could easily break. Although manufacturer claims the machine can sew through 7 layers of denim, I doubt it would last long due to lack of power. The stitch precision is also lacking, and it does not have the stitch calibration of higher-end sewing machines. The stitch quality is more in keeping with a toy sewing machine or "mini" sewing machine that are now available. I spent several hours testing the machine and comparing the stitch quality with another machines I own, and my decision was to return the machine for a refund. Overall quality is lacking and I was also concerned with the availability of parts and service. Anyone wanting a computerized machine and keep within the price range of this machine, I would suggest purchasing a good used Swiss or German made machine, the craftsmanship and technology far exceeds the Euro-Pro Brand. For a beginning sewer, I would suggest starting out with a basic machine and later getting a more advanced model.

"I love this machine"
I just ordered and received this machine less than a week ago (but I paid ... less.) It is my first machine and I am not an expert seamstress. So, when I received it, I read through the instruction booklet (which is easy to follow and includes diagrams.) In less than an hour, I was sewing practice stitches. So far, I have made 7 blankets and 5 cat toys with ease. It sews very smoothly and there are so many pretty stitches to choose from. I can't decide what I want to make next!

"One machine does it all!"
I received this machine 4 months ago. I have used it many times. It does anything I want it to do. All kinds of stitches. I decorate as I sew now! It runs smooth, and is easy to thread. I don't have any bad words against this machine. It is so easy I just pull it out and use it, even for small projects. It is convenient and quick. It is always fun because each time I use it I try a new stitch and learn new ways to use the machine. It is not so heavy that I cannot pick it up and move it myself. Just plug it in and go. It is great!

What our customer's say!

"Euro-pro Sewing machine", This machine was the worst machine I ever brought. It worked fine for about 6 months. That the thing started to fall apart. I had to tape parts on. While making several quilts out of fleece I lost the piece of plastic that wnet over the bobbin. The last straw was at Christmas when the machine simply would not sew. The only stitch I could get was a straight stitch, and I had trouble with it. Our only sewing store in our city of 40,000 told me to never bring the machine to him for repairs. This week I ended up buying a new machine. The dealer here in town said that he had the same problem that I had. You can't find any one to get in touch with when you need parts. This company is invisible. Where are they. I wanted to repair the plastic that went over the bobbin. I had to place a piece of cardboard in the opening. This company does not exist. I need help and couldn't find anyone to repair the problems with this machine. I am an expierenced seamstress and this was $600 wasted. It was the worst machine I have had over the 50 years I have been sewing.

"Amazon price is not $1600 less! It's $300 MORE than other retailers!!", If you Google Euro-Pro 9105, you will see that an authorized retailer is selling this machine for $299 and they claim the MSRP is $699. So, if you must buy this machine... don't do it here.

"Euro-Pro 9105 is a great computer sewing machine with no difficultities using it", I've had my Euro-Pro 9105 sewing machine since 2003 and I never had any problems using it. I'm not the best sewer and usually have a difficult time following directions and I still haven't found it hard to following the manuals directions. I've made dresses, skirts, pants, and tops. Wright now I'm finishing off the second part the Fashion Design Certificate program (Beginner/Intermediate). I use my Euro-Pro 9105 sewing machine more now than when I first bought it 3 years ago without any difficulties. Maybe I've been lucky with my machine but I haven't encountered and of the problems that the other customers have had. I bought my machine from HSN probably could have gotten it cheaper if I would have searched further on the Internet. Hope this helps.

"Let the buyer beware!!!!!", If you are lucky enough to receive (any) Euro-Pro product that is without defect (about 1 in 3), God bless you! If, however, you have to deal with Euro-Pro's non-existant (3rd world...Did I say it was helpful if you spoke 'Hindi'??) 'Customer Service' (LMAO), be prepared to have plenty of Pepto-Bismal on hand. In my opinion, this company and its generally shoddy products are just not worth dealing with.

"This is not a good buy, and here is why.", My father purchased my first Euro pro from HSN and it jammed during the first use. I was sewing 3 layers of cotton folded, sewing a straight line- very uncomplicated. I tried everything to get the machine working but ended up sending it back. I decided it must be bad luck and rather than initiating a refund, I replaced it with the present machine which too has jammed and will no longer work. This time I was sewing something even less complicated. I am very dissappointed. I have called Euro Pro over and over and cannot get through. I have emailed them twice and have heard nothing. it is two weeks passed my 30 day warranty and fear I will be stuck with this very expensiive mistake.
