"Nice filter" filter showed up just as I needed it to clean my house and - I am soooo excited - I will use Amazon.com again to get my filters for my sucker machine. "super price and product" this filter was the least expensive one I could find and it workjs purfectly couldn't be happier and will use this seller again. "Super Quick Service Item as Described" I've been looking all over for this filter. (They do not stock it at the store (Kohl's) where I purchased my vacuum-go figure). I was happy to find it on Amazon. United Vacuums shipped my order the same day I placed it and the items were received 3 days later (standard shipping USPS).Would definitely recommend and use this vendor again :) "Exactly what I wanted at a great price!!!!!!!!!" What our customer's say! "GREAT product, but not made by Hoover.", This is definitely a great product for two main reasons: it works really well, and it costs less than half what you'd pay for the Hoover brand filter in any store. It should be noted, however, that it is not a product made by the Hoover company. This means that it is slightly different in shape than the original filter that came with my machine. (In my machine, the top circle on the filter is supposed to slide into the catch on the plastic mesh screen to keep it in place, as shown in the picture above--this one's top circle is smaller than the catch, so it sits off center by about 1/2 an inch.) The difference doesn't remotely affect the filter's function; if anything, I have noticed that my machine is doing a much more effective job of cleaning than it ever did before. And, it is certainly NOT worth twice the price to buy one that is a perfect fit. I recommend buying two or more at a time to save on shipping. "Delivery and product as advertised", The filters were delivered and received as promised. Genuine Hoover filter replacements. Work perfectly. "Great bargain!", These filters are so high locally, and keep going up. I waited as long as I could using the old one in my vacuum, but after putting in the new one, its like giving my vacuum new life! What a difference a new filter makes! I bought two, no telling how much these things will cost the next time I need one. "Great filter, and at a great price!", My vacuum came with one HEPA filter,and after many uses decided it was time to replace it! The Hoover replacement HEPA filter I purchased from Amazon.com was the exact same filter at 1/3 the cost at a local retail store. It is simple to remove for cleaning, or to replace. The filter is SUPER effective in collecting animal dander, dust, and carpet fibers; I cannot believe how much is collected in one use! It is amazingly easy to remove in order to clean for reuse, over and over. What a difference this filter makes in keeping our carpets clean, and I believe being kept clean of animal hair, loose fibers and dust, must give our carpet a longer life! "Wrong filter but...service was excellent", This filter is a generic repalcement part and I thought I was ordering a genuine Hoover part. The generic filter did not properly fit my Hoover vacuum, so I contacted the owner and he sent me the a genuine Hoover filter at no extra cost. I shipped the generic filter back to him and have been extremely happy with the Hoover filter he sent me the second time. While the part was not right the customer service I recieved from this company was excellent!! My advise would be if you are unsure if the product you are ordering is correct for your vacuum call the owner he is more than willing to help you with your order. Great Customer Service!! 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Save money when you buy at Amazon", Paid half the price that a Hoover company wants to charge! Great price and fast shipping. "filters", Hoover Company #40140201 Hepa Cartridge Filter This is a compatible replacement product costing half the price of the name brand replacement filter. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Will order this product again when needed. "Good value, good product", This replacement filter cost half as much as the original filter that Hoover wanted to sell me. It also is washable and the original one was not. This filter is a good value and a good product. "Wrong filter....NOT washable..", Wrong item advertised. I am not sure if this is Amazon's or Acehardware's fault, but this Hoover HEPA filter is NOT washable. It clearly states it is on the amazon description of it, but it is not. The Acehardware was fair enough to refund me, although I still paid the shipping for the wrong item. Please make sure you get the correct filter. The washable one has a sticker that is more blue (not green). "Product as described but shipping cost was OUTRAGEOUS", The filter works just fine and was exactly as described. However super saver shipping was not an option when I was purchasing and I paid almost $7.00 for an item it cost them less then $3.00 to ship. For this reason, I will look elsewhere next time I need a replacement filter. |
