"boil, bubble, not any trouble"
i'd give it 5 stars, but that intimates perfection. it's a great all-purpose set, very versatile, all the pots are lidded, and the biggest lid also fits the frying pan. nice weight, nice grade of stainless, nicely clad, fast conducting bottom, good heat distribution. handles are well-designed, don't get hot on stovetop. ok for stovetop, oven, and broiler. 3 qt. pot is very versatile, good for 1/2 lb. of pasta, also nicely accomodates steamer insert for veggies. it's a whole-lotta-bang for the buck. allez cuisine!

"perfect pots and pans"
I had been cooking with the Farberware pots and pans that I received as a wedding gift over 25 years ago. I was hesitant about trying something new but due to their sorry state, I took the plunge and based on reviews and recommendations, decided to purchase Cuisinart cookware. I am one happy lady. Everything cooks beautifully and the pots and pans are easy to clean. A great product!

"Excellent quality for the price"
This 7 pc Cuisinart cookware is a perfect addition to my other
collection of pots and pans. The quality is excellent, the
sizes perfect, and use, clean up are easy. The heating is
also an improvement to what I was using before this purchase.

"A Great value for your money!"
I recently purchased the Cuisinart Chef's Classic 7 piece Cookware set and I am happy I did. I previously purchased two pans to have a look at how well they performed, and I was more than happy with the quality and performance I received from this product. So it was not a great leap for me to go ahead and purchase the 7-piece set. The performance and quality are superior. Do not be fooled into thinking that the low price means poor quality, quite the opposite. I cannot recommend this product enough, the cook well, maintain an even heat, and clean up and maintenance are superior. Now I want the roasting pans!

"No problems here"
I've had these pots for over a month now and have used them quite frequently. I've had no problems and I think they are great!

What our customer's say!

"Cuisinart Stainless Cookware", I have bought a set of this cookware for myself, my daughter, and daughter-in-law. It's great!

"Amazing quality for the money", If you want some good-lookin', well-made and durable pots, this set is just awesome. And what an amazing price.

Great. Buy them immediately.

"My first real cookware set!", I bought this set based on other reviews, and am happy with my purchase. I feel more inspired and actually look forward to cooking. This is a great alternative to the more expensive brands, it heats well, looks shiny, and comes at a great price. I just love getting a good deal!

"It's a pleasure to cook with these!", I am extremely pleased with all the pans in this set. What a great value for the money! The heavy bottoms are wonderful for everything from melting chocolate to making something like lemon curd, which requires a lot of watching and whisking--even rice doesn't stick and is easy to clean. As the directions say, soaking the pans while they are still hot makes for easy clean-up. I occasionally use Barkeeper's Friend cleanser on the insides and bottom (not the exterior sides) to restore the shine. I also love that the lid for the larger sauce pan fits on the omelet pan--didn't realize that when I was purchasing it.
My only caution would be that for heating something over a long period of time, such as soup or stew, the handles to the lids can get pretty warm. On the other hand, the pan handles are constructed and attached so that they do NOT get uncomfortably warm, which is fantastic.
These pans are not only functional, but beautiful. I am very pleased.

"A Best Buy at this price", I would only rate this product as 3.5 stars, except that the price was right, making it a 5. I upgraded from an older Stainless Steel cookware set I bought at Mikasa. That set was also priced well, but the thin gauge material dented easily and the tack-welded handles fell off. This set from Cuisinart has riveted handles that I expect to perform better, but is similarly made from thinner gauge material than more expensive cookware. Since I can buy 3-4 sets of this for what the better cookware would cost, this is definitely a Best Buy. I've had it for a month and am very pleased overall.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Quality cookware", Positives:
-Cook evenly.
-Quality made.
-Handles stay cool, unless used in the oven (duh!). The covers do get hot; I just remove them quickly or with a potholder.
-Easy enough to clean (for stainless).
-Look good (nice and shiny).

Neutrals:
-Heavy, they don't slide around while cooking. But, hard to dump out when they are hot and full (if you are 5' and 100 lbs).

Negatives:
-Not non-stick, using butter fixes that.
-Take awhile to heat up on radiant flattop stove; once it does, it heats evenly. I blame the stove.
-With time, there has been some discoloration inside.

Overall, this is a great product (especially considering the price).

"Good buy", This set is a good buy for the discounted price. It is a nice, heavy weight. Cleans off easily except for the sides - those can get stained blackish-brown from cooking and that was the only disappointment.

"Don't grab handles on the lids", I read either a review or product features that said you could lift the lids off of the pots without getting burned. Not true. They get quite hot on my gas stove. Too hot to touch without a towel. Had I known that, I wouldn't have purchased this set. Also, gunk can build up on the skillet that's really hard to scrub off. Just because it's stainless doesn't mean it can't collect buildup from sprays like Pam. It can and it does.

"A Good Start", Needing to set up a new household, I went in search of some quality pots and pans. After reading review after review, I decided on the Cuisinart Chef's Classic cookware. I just could not justify spending really huge bucks on big name cookware that wouldn't provide any more value than what I get from this line. Granted, I'm not a gourmet chef working in a restaurant, but I am a pretty good cook and I cannot see how I will need anything more than this cookware.

This is a rather limited set, but at the time I purchased it the price was right. I have also added other pieces as they have been on sale and from places other than Amazon. I would suggest comparing sets and individual pieces and looking for sales on Amazon, since sometimes you can mix and match at a lower overall price - do your homework.

The construction is solid and the handles do stay cool (although be careful with the handles on the lids - they can get a little warm). A non-abrasive cleaner has kept them in good shape for me, but we'll see how they hold up after several years of use.

"I am happy", This set is exactly what I wanted, specially the number is correct because I did not want my house to be cluttered with unnecessary things. Its shining and perfect!
