"Tired of non-stick pans" If you want the ease of non-stick without the disintegration of the interior, this pan is for you. It's not just easy to clean, it's great looking and not too heavy. It heats evenly and food just tastes better. I'm about to order the 5 1/2 quart for my company dinners. "Switching over to Cuisinart NOW" I bought this pan on sale at Marshall's and wanted to try it out. A friend who does gourmet cooking for a living suggested this pan when I asked her what she used to cook with. As soon as I bought this pan, I tried cooking potstickers, omelets, and stir-fry in it. Nothing stuck to it! It worked better than my old non-stick pans, and I didn't even use much oil in it. I even used a lot of cornstarch in my cooking, but it didn't stick or burn in the pan. I did get the nice "fond" that the cooks often talk about, giving me a nice sauce to add to my foods. After cooking, I just needed soap and a sponge. I'm getting rid of my old skillets and buying the rest of the cuisinart classic stainless ones. I thank my gourmet friend for suggesting this. I only wished she would have come much earlier to my rescue!!! "good buy too" The pan does what I expected - works very well I'm happy I did not give it 5 star because only the copper core types would make that grade - But I like it and would recomend it - the price is right. "works well and easy to clean" Was going to buy a much more expensive model but decided on this one and have been pleased with its performance. "GREAT PAN" Cuisinart pans are great!!! I have quite a few and they all perform well.

What our customer's say! "Wonderful additional to my cookware collection", I received this pan about a month ago and have used it many times since. It heats up very quickly, cooks evenly, and looks like new after a run in the dishwasher. Originally I had wanted the 4.5 qt size, but Cuisinart has discontinued that size. Pleasantly the 3.5 qt holds everything I thought I needed the 4.5 qt size for!! I used this pan when preparing chicken dishes, sauces for pasta dishes, vegetables, etc. I cook a lot and am very pleased with this quality addition to my cookware collection. I would highly recommend this pan. "LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!", This pan is fabulous. I'm ready to buy more. The price is extremely reasonable and the quality is the best! "Great size and good looking.", I love the size of this pot. Alot of folks are afraid of foods sticking to stainless steel, but I really don't have that problem, especially on a gas stove. Besides, the pans with a non-stick coating are not healthy. This pot has only one drawback and that is that the handle on the lid gets hot so that you must use a pot holder. "Great so far", Very good product. I bought it because of the reviews on the site and I have not been disappointed. A very good pan. "Makes me want to cook again and again!", Wonderful cookware! Read this reviews before You buy... "Great Pan Great Service", This is a great value. Nice heavy bottom and with a pan this size you don't need the heavy sides of an Allclad type. Great for vegetables for two. My first pan arrived bent although both boxes it came in looked fine. I returned thru Amazon and actually got the replacement faster than the original. Service is important to me and obviously to Amazon. Dave "Was a good deal until Amazon got greedy ;)", This pan was fantastic for the price a few months ago. Now it is significantly more money (from 29.99 to almost 55 dollars!). Before getting any of the Cuisinart line of pots on Amazon was a no-brainer due to their low cost. Now I would suggest doing some serious research, online and elsewhere, because a better deal for an equivalent pot may be out there. "Great pan", I loved this pan so much, and got a great deal on it, only $20, or so. It's a great size. The pan fits nicely on the burner. It's small enough to cook just a little, but deep enough to cook more if you need to. Heats very evenly and cleans beautifully. I was going to get one for my sister who cooks as much as I do. I let her try it, intending to buy her her own if she liked it. Well, I've never gotten my pan back!! She loved it. I haven't seen it as cheap as I got it before. I'm hoping that Amazon puts it on sale again. It kills me to pay more than I did last time. So, I'll wait patiently until it gets less expensive. In the meantime, I have my fond memories. It's a great pan. Buy one. JUST DON'T LOAN YOURS OUT! "Great Deal-Great Pan", This was the highest quality pan for the money that I could find anywhere. On line or in the stores. It is heavy for a stainless pan and cleans up beautifully. When sauteing or frying it creates a beautiful fond for great gravies and sauces. After looking in the stores and on the web and comparing quality and prices, my husband and I were extremely pleased with this selection. It was, in fact, much higher in quality than what we had expected. "Great high quality pan, cooks and cleans up nicely", I ordered two of these pans, one for my mother because she had asked for it, and one for myself because I wanted to try it. I was impressed by the weight and quality of the pan when I received it, I did not expect it to be so nice. Then I cooked with it and WOW, it is one of the nicest pans that I own! I am truly impressed and now I want to look into replacing more of my pans with Cuisinart. |
