"What a lovely gift!", I purchased these Fajita skillets as a gift for a friend. I am very impressed with the whole package of wooden trivet, cast iron skillet and handle mitt. The handle mitt is a nice touch and brings the whole "southwest" experience together. Also, the wooden trivet is a nice cherry tone. I think I need to order more for myself!
