"Fantastic" To tell you the truth, I didn't got the item yet! That's because I live in Brazil and asked a friend of mine to bring it to me. I should receive it in the next week, but I've seen how this product works and I think it's fantastic! You can work with sugar, chocalate, cakes and cookies - and it never sticks! "Don't bake without it! " I own 4 Silpats because I bake so many cookies during the winter holidays (gifts to the library, fire station, and school). I also use them throughout the year for baking rolls, pizza, and just about anything that goes on a cookie sheet. I cannot imagine baking without it. Easy to use and clean. NOTE: Don't buy look alikes. I purchased an off-brand since it cost less. I gave away the off-brand at no-cost and purchased Silpat. The cheap comes out expensive. I not only lost the cost of the off-brand, but the cookies I made were just not as easy to remove from the sheet, etc. "Silpat is PERFECT!!" This is a perfect gift and must have for all cooks...I bake cookies and pizza on my silpat and never have stuck food...it crisps perfect and clean up is a breeze...I LOVE IT!!! "Amazing" I wasn't a believer, now I am. I bought it a week ago and have used it everyday so far. "Bought a ton and very useful" My wife likes this mat the most and have bought a ton for her baking classes and recommends them to her students. The prices at amazon are usually much better than at the stores.

What our customer's say! "Great!", So easy to clean, and prevents scrubbing pans after baking! Everything slides right off. "So Simple...", I really like these new silicone baking products. They are so simple to use & clean-up is a breeze; just wipe clean. They also roll up to conveniently store in a drawer. Nothing sticks to them and everything I've tried browns beautifully. "It works great. ", It works really well. I baked Almond Crisp on it the first time, and it didn't stick on it. Silpat is easy to clean too. Read this reviews before You buy... "Accept no substitues!", I have used several of the other nonstick baking mats, and I have to say that absolutely none compare to the Silpat. I own two since I like to alternate cookie sheets while baking cookies. Good quality bakeware and accessories do not come dirt cheap for a reason...they're made better and will last longer. Spend the extra few bucks and enjoy the results. These make fantastic gifts (especially for bridal showers). "Nothing Sticks", I've used this product for a while and actually just purchased a second and one for a friend. Nothing sticks, cookies come out great and clean-up is very easy. This product is not only great for baking but also for quick freezing items like cookie dough or chocolate creations. "Great", I've purchased two of these to replace the two from Kitchen Aid. And these are far superior. This is a very professional piece of equipment. A much have for anyone that does any kind of baking. And there not all that expensive, and they clean up great. "silpat nonstick mat", I make a lot of sticky candy like peanut brittle and caramel - this mat makes cleanup easy and it's easy to remove the candy from the mat for packaging. "These baking mats are great !", We had been lining our baking tins with non-stick aluminum foil when that product became available. However the non stick version of aluminum foil is significantly more expensive than the regular stuff. So we were keeping our eyes open for alternative solutions. We have a number of Silicone based items for the kitchen so when these became available, I picked one up to give it a try. We both love this little mat. It stops things from sticking to the baking sheet which can make for a tough cleanup that could damage the pan's non-stock coating. It also saves us money by not having to buy that non-stick aluminum foil. Baked items don't stick to this mat, it has a nice slick coating on it. Cleaning it up is a snap as well, you just run a damp rag over it, roll it up and put it back in the drawer. We will be buying more of these in the future, they're available in various sizes. Great product! |
