"Great Product" The scone pan works great. It's light weight and nothing sticks. Great product. "Pan and scones are good" What can you say 'bout a pan? It works. It has good weight, bakes evenly and stuff pops right out. Eventually, all non-stick coatings wear out. Time will tell. Not sure why it's twice the price of the Lodge cast iron pan. This was our first experience with scones, but definitely not our last. Yum. "Great Scones........................." I have purchased this pan, as well as two others as gifts, because I enjoy baking with this, producing great, perfect scones each time. I use a recipe that came with the original Nordic ware pan. This pan bakes evenly, quickly and perfect scones pop out each time. I spray it with Pam or a like spray oil lightly, and the cleanup is quick. Would recommend it for scone bakers. "Fantastic product" I love this product. I don't have to roll out dough to make scones anymore; just press the dough directly into the pan. It is a breeze to clean as well. I own 3 of them! "Awesome!" Any recipe that calls for a 9" pan, just divide the batter/dough evenly within the 8 compartments follow specified cooking time and voilà! Great item, no need to use butter or spray, baked goods slide right out and clean-up is a snap! After keeping this item in my wish list for some time now, I broke down and bought it. I'm Soooo glad I did and only wish I had done so sooner, I made cornbread in it last night and it turned out beautifully!

What our customer's say! "Perfect for cornbread and scones", This small pan has a hefty weight to it. It bakes food evenly and clean up is a breeze. I like it so much that I will buy the smaller scone pan version. Except for the cheaper, lighter weight Nordic Ware products which I do not recommend, all other NW products have been a joy to bake treats. Also to preserve the pan, I recommend hand washing only. Tolkien", When my cravings for scones recently went unfulfilled due to some crazy city wide scone shortage conspiracy, I decided to take matters into my own hands and bake my own. While searching Amazon for a scone cookbook, I stumbled upon this pan. I received it for a Christmas gift and have used it several times since. I love it. The cookbook I use doesn't call for a scone pan but asks you to lay the dough in a circle on a buttered cookie sheet and cut them yourself. Even though this pan is non-stick, while making my first batch I struggled with whether or not I should butter the pan to avoid it sticking. I ended up not buttering the pan and when I realized how sticky the batter was, I was sure I was going to have broken scones. I was wrong. I can't believe how easy the scones pop out of the pan. They come out so clean the pan looks like it hasn't been used. The pan is heavy duty, it cooks evenly, washes up nicely and I have absolutely no complaints. I was worried about having to adjust cooking time and temperature as my cookbook recipes didn't call for the pan, but the scones cooked perfectly and needed no adjustments. I couldn't be more pleased with this pan. I look forward to adding the NordicWare 03337 Cast-Aluminum Mini-Scone Pan to my collection. Happy Baking! Takes the work out of making scones. "many uses, cooks great!!", I have found a favorite use for this item...make drop biscuits and cook in this pan. They form a nice crispy crust, rise well, and do not stick. Pan also great for scones, corn bread, and cookies. Washes very easily. Wonderful addition to any kitchen!! "So easy to clean", I love this pan. I don't use any spray or shortening and the scones slide right out. It evenly browns the scones and is a cinch to clean. A great buy!
