"Cooler"
The cooler is nice. The power pack went out three min. after I plug it in. The Addi company is of no help, they don't carry parts, so I had to return the whole unit for a replacement, when only the power unit was out.

"Power out", Love the water cooler; however the power cord dies out and cannot find a replacement power. The company should be able to sell the parts otherwise, this item is not good to me

"Addi for college", I am a college student at Ohio University. This item is a must have for college students or anyone living in a dorm/apt. that likes there water tasting like it wasnt pumped straight out of the river. A lot cheaper than buying bottles and perfectly cold, without the use of chemical refridgerants. Buy one, but beware, its popular late night, so make sure you fill it!

"different filters", I love the ADDI water cooler, but have lost the instruction book! I ordered a new filter, but need to know how to install it and where I can get the air filters that need replaced on the bottom of the unit. The red light keeps blinking and telling me to do maintenance on it! Can you help me

"Don't Buy It", Worst piece of junk I have ever bought. Assembly instructions UNCLEAR and I received extra parts not included on the diagram of the unit. Stay clear of this company.

"The ADDI 3 in 1 water cooler/ice maker /counter washer", I bought this water cooler for xmas. It worker great for a couple weeks. Then you go to get water and its not giving water. Look inside and theres a chunk of ice the size of a softball. You turn it off to let it melt and the unit drips water all over the place. I won't buy anything else for that company.
