"SiliconeZone Large Pastry/Baking Mat "
Great product, but make sure to measure your pans as this is a very large mat. Had I done that I probably would have bought the smaller size as I had to purchase a new pan to fit the mat. Works great was shipped quickly.

"A must for rolling dough"
If you roll dough for cookies, pizza, or pie crusts, this sheet is a must for you. Nothing sticks to it--It is really easy to clean--It rolls up for economical storage. I have used it numerous times and love it!!

"Silicone Pastry Mat"
I was debating whether to buy a pastry board like my mother has used for many years or to buy a silicone pastry mat. The pastry board has a tendency to slide around as you work the dough which was a big disadvantage to me. The dough also tended to stick to the board.
So I bought this large silicone mat & have been very, very happy with it. The dough doesn't stick to the silicone & the mat stays in place on my countertop like it was glued there, yet comes up easily when you're finished. It cleans with no effort & can be rolled up for storage. It's just a wonderful product

"Good for Measuring"
I like this because I can never accurately judge the size for a pie. I am not a fan of it's flimsy construction. It is very thin, but as others said, it adheres well to the counter.

"pastry mat"
did not have to use wax paper to get the pastry off the table and into the pie plate. Used less flour to roll out the pastry also.

What our customer's say!

"Glad I bought it!", I am very pleased with my silicone mat. I purchased it mainly for kneading bread dough - the dough hardly sticks to it at all, so I'm able to use less flour for a more tender bread. It washes off easily, too. I don't have any problem with it not staying in place on my counter while kneading dough, and also don't think it is flimsy. Thin, yes, but not flimsy. It is well made and durable.

"I love this mat! ", This mat is wonderful for kneading bread! Large enough, non stick and non skid on the counter. Easy to clean and easy to store. I hope it lasts forever!

"Good and Bad", This product stays in place while in use, which is the good part. Dough still sticks to it, but the worst part is clean up. It's impossible to clean in the sink and impossible to dry. Towel fibers stick to the surface and clothing fibers and hair and other things you would not expect. Perhaps the best method is to wipe it down with a wet cloth while still on the counter top and leave it there to air dry.

"SiliconeZone Large Pastry/Baking Mat", This item is easy to use and easy to clean. I am enjoying it very much. I only wish I had bought one sooner!

"Knead-it", Got tired of fighting the dough/pastry on the counter or the kitchen table; got tired of trying to cover the table with butcher paper that would never stay in place. Made the purchase on this item and have used it a lot. Love it! works great, stays in place, helps with sizing your roll-out and clean-up is easy. It rolls up and takes up little room on a shelf or in a drawer. Every cook should have one. And it's tough!

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Great mat", I have been wanting one of these for a while but didn't know how they would work. I ordered one and found out they are great. I make a lot of homemade chicken & dumplings and no sticking and great clean up. No problem!!!

"Super Mat", Great for making any dough products and works great as a non static insulating mat when I'm working with my computer builds !!

"Not what I was looking for...", Everyone else gave this glowing reviews, which is why I bought it, but it hasn't lived up to the expectations I had for it. I haven't tried cooking on it at all yet, but I have used it for rolling out some different types of dough. It is very easy to clean, but it also sticks to itself all the time, which is annoying. When I was kneeding dough on it, it kept slipping across the counter. So it is not the dream item for me that everyone described it as, but it may yet work out okay. We'll see.

"something to make life easier", This is a wonderful product. You can cook anything on it -- cookies, fish, meat, etc. AND nothing sticks. Furthermore, all you do is put it under the faucet, rub a little soap on it and it's pristine again. Too bad I had to get so old before this was invented. Oh yes, if you are baking only 1 pan at a time, buy a second one and prepare it to go on the pan as soon as the first one comes out of the oven. I love it. Ann

"Use it!", I use this always. I depend on it but didn't plan to when I bought it!!
