"Customer service is a JOKE"
I got this bread maker for my husband for Christmas. We loved it... for a month. My husband was happily making a new loaf, had just hit the "on" switch, and the machine made a funny noise, complete with sparks and smoke. Obviously, a motor blow out. I called customer service, the rep told me she would put in an order for a new pan insert and paddle. What?!!! I said "this is not a parts problem, this is a motor problem", to which she replied "we have to troubleshoot before we can send you a new machine". Of course, the parts were on backorder and it would be at least 3 weeks for the non-solution. My husband then called (oh what fun to play Customer Service roulette) and his rep told him that he would send out another machine right away. Well, guess what arrived on my doorstep today? The wrong model - an enormous white behemoth that will absolutely be going back to the manufacturer. So far, still no bread machine and no telling when or what we'll end up with.

I bought this for my 83yr. old mother. She has a hard time
with setting this machine up, but I think it is her age. I have made bread in this machine each time that I go to her house and it
makes Great bread.

Great breadmaker. The machine is very quiet. It doesn't take up as much room on the counters as others and has a nice stainless steal appeal. My loaves come out perfectly and I use it about two-three times a week for bread and about 3 times a month for pizza dough. I highly recommend this product!

Listen very carefully to the negative reviews... or semi-negative reviews. They are more dead-on than the positive reviews. I too received a product that appears to have been returned and an attempt to refurbish. There is glue coming out of the panel, and the menu button was sticking, and would not let me choose my options. The "loaf" button did not allow any choices at all, and when I tried to "stop" the machine, it continued. The accessory kit was broken as well. It didn't even bake the bread properly. My 15 year old bread maker works better, and it is on it's way out...

I use my bread machine 2-3 times per week. I've used the recipes from the book & my own recipe. Both work great. I've also used it for dough & it worked great for that too. I would highly recommend this product!
