"Me encanta mi panini grill..." First panini grill I've owned. My in-laws have one and use it regularly --- that's why I decided to get one (plus the fabulous sale price). So far, I love it. We use it for paninis, grilled veggies or grilled sausages and veggie burgers. I am aware that there are more expensive panini grills out there, but this is highly recommended for first-timers and those not seeking a high-end professional one. This is also a very helpful gadget for those wanting to watch their calories. "Delonghi Panini Maker" This has been great. Super paninis and no problems at all. I like it so much I have already purhased another one for my daughter. "Great Item" Great grill. Use for panini peppered turkey & grilled tortilla sandwiches. Sturdy machine. Like previous reviews, the lack of an on/off switch feature was inconvenient, but purchased a switch for the plug and it works well. I bake homemade flatbread, brush on a little butter to the crust, and you get a super sandwich. Trying these out at our little deli/restaurant and it is a hit. Endless recipes to try. Will purchase a second one. "Nice Cooking" The DeLonghi CGH800 is an excellent value and quality for the price. Easy to use and clean. "DELONGI PANINI GRILL" VERY PLEASED WITH i WAQS ABLE TO GRILL A PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM 1N ABOUT 2MIN.THIS IS A BIG IMPROVEMENT ON THE ORIGINAL GEORGE FORMAN WHIGH DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH TOP WIEGHT IN THE TOP TO PRESS DOWN TO TOP OF THE FOOD.IT ALSO HAS A MUCH GREATER HEAT THEN THE FORMAN GRILL

What our customer's say! "Love it!", I couldn't be happier with my new panini maker. It is so easy to use and even easier to clean. I love how stylish looking it is. Sometime you get one of these products and hate to bring it out in front of people because it looks cheap but not this product. Very classy and does an excellent job grilling. The only thing I wish is that the recipe book had more "classic" type recipes. These are pretty flashy and require a lot of specialized ingredients but those that I have tried have also been very good. "fantastic and heavy duty", I got this for my birthday about 2 years ago. I had read about all the different brands/models and chosen this one. Thankfully I wasn't sorry! This panini maker is awesome. I realize you can grill sandwiches in a pan or even on your george forman(which doesn't adjust at the back for the height of the sandwich so everything comes out the front!)but those both seem like more work then having an actual panini grill. we had also just spent time in Italy and wanted to make some delicious authentic paninis without all the typical condiments like mayo(not once did we find mayo on anything in italy, who knew a sandwich could be so awesome without it!?) This panini grill heats up fast and you can choose the temp from lo-high. It adjusts well to height of the sandwich so thats its grilled perfectly. My boyfriend even discovered that he could make grilled burritos on this, which is something I hadn't thought of. Perfect for making a soup and sandwich lunch or dinner. I'd totally buy it again if I had the choice. "Works really well!", I bought this as a birthday gift for my 12-year old son who is a blossoming chef. He loves it! It is easy-to-use, seems safe and straightforward, and makes great panini sandwiches! "Smart looking and dependable", A nice addition to my kitchen appliances. Very practical for making quickie lunches for my family and grandkids, which they all enjoy. Sturdy, well built and attractive. Easy clean up and stores on edge if you appreciate the saved counter space as I do. "DeLonghi CGH800-U Retro Panini", I've used it about 10 times now and thought I would not like the fact that there is no switch for turning it on and off. On second thought it is definitely a safety factor to have to plug it in and unplug it. It works just fine and I would buy it again and it's easy to clean. 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Not just a Panini", Great way to make a hot sandwich, wrap it in foil and enjoy on a picnic. But not just sandwiches for this machine, perfect grilled chicken in about 8 minutes! Use to imagination to utilize this product. "We dig it.", I bought this for my wife for Mothers Day. Okay, I know what you're thinking: she's my wife, not my mother. I always point this out to her in early May; "You're not my mother," I tell her. She is not amused by this. But on behalf of the children, I bought her this DeLonghi panini grill, chosen on the basis of the great reviews here at Amazon. We've been making panini a couple times a week, and everybody loves the thing -- especially my wife, who gets to sit back and let everyone make their own dinner for a change. A side benefit of this product is that each of us gets to refer to his or her individual sandwich as "my panino" -- how much glee we derive from using the singular of this delightful Italian word! DADDY: "How is your panino?" SON: "Best panino ever!" I'm not sure if the "panino" thing works with other brands, but it's rocking with the DeLonghi. Buy it. "Very good!", I am absolutely happy with this item. Makes great panini,zukini,eggplants! Very easy to clean. "DeLonghi Panini Grill", I have been very pleased with my panini grill. It has done everything that I have tried to do so far. I even cooked the bacon I used in my panini sandwiches. The only thing I have discovered is that I have better results using thicker sliced bread. I am eager to try some different variations of what we like. I love the locking mechanism that allows me to store it without difficulty. "Simple and good", Very simple to use and it works really well. It does not open all the way to a flat surface but it still cooks very well. Heats up fast and even. The knob is like a toaster oven to select your heat and that is all. |
