"Can't cook without these!" These are the best kitchen scissors ever! I use them for chicken. They are great for cutting up chicken. Yes, they cut through the bones and are small enough to maneuver and strong enough to really cut. "junkhater" This scissor is an average item, but nothing to rave about. Very short blade length, does not disassemble for cleaning. Good leverage, handle loops are too large for smaller hands. Sorry to state this product is over-priced compared to what is out there and to other better designed scissors I own and use. "These scissors make the cut!" These scissors are amazing. I am buying my second pair now. They cut tough items with ease and through delicate things with great precision and dexterity. I love that you can use them to make fine, tiny cuts using just the tip of the scissors (such as to carefully remove a clothing tag), or, you can easily slice through thick plastic or cardboard packaging (as when you bring home new stuff from Costco). "Excellent Scissors" These scissors are an excellent buy. The are very comfortable to use and are razor sharp. At first I thought that they were a little flimsy but I am impressed with their ability to cut through bones, etc. Highly recomend these scissors. "Wonderful!" These are great scissors. Nice and sharp. Cuts through chicken bones with ease. Hope they last a long time.

"great scissor", Very sharp scissor, I use it to cut everything, wish it has one with longer shear "indispensable!!", No kitchen should be without the Joyce Chen Unlimited Scissor. It really does do everything, and maintains its sharpness well over time. I recently misplaced mine, and panicked, and immediately placed an order for a replacment. "excellent", These compact, comfortable to use, lefty or righty are indispensable in the floral world. Whether snipping faded flowers in the garden or trimming strays in fabulous bridal bouquets, I wouldn't be without my Joyce Chens. I treasure mine and others covet them! "Quality products for left handed people", I bought this for my husband and he has always complained no one thinks of the left handed person. He then promptly used his right hand to cut with these scizzors. Habits! lol... they work both way! "Best sissors", My husband found my very first pair of Joyce Chen sissors on the beach in Naples Florida. When I used them I couldn't believe the superiority of them compared to other sissors.
