"Good value" I had seen this in another ad, and thought it would replace 3 baskets in my laundry room. It's very hard to put together, and I am an expert at that, but, once it's finished, I truly like it. It looks nice, and, as I said, replaces 3 plastic baskets in the laundry, and takes up much less room. Pockets could be larger, but are sufficient, except for having to bend down to get the last of laundry out. I am short-armed and this presents a problem, but I am satisfied with the product. "misleading" The product looks much sturdier and reliable than it really is; the materials were not as durable as described, and the other customers who purchased it alongside me were very disappointed as well, as it was supposed to be a gift. "Whitney design clothes sorter plus" This is what I was looking for. Sturdy easy to put together. If you are looking for a light duty sorter this is the one for you. Good price also. "Get something else" This thing does what it's suppose to do, and that is keep clothes sorted. I received it with half a broken wheel, which inst worth trying to get a replacement. The wheel attachments are cheap as well. they don't fit snug. not worth $20, maybe $15 tops. "works, but not high quality" Its not very stable no matter how tight you tighten everything. The wheels have fallen off a few times when pushing over carpet.

What our customer's say! "wheels come off", after afew months the wheels keep falling off and all the screws are coming out. stay away. "Allen Key Not So Good", It's a good price, but a pain to build. Allen key didn't work, had to get another one from other projects. Other than that it does the job. "not that great", i bought this product, and it was great to keep dirty clothes in, but the rollers were not that great. and it leaned a lot. "Cheaply made. Do not buy.", I bought this because it had wheels and it was the lowest-priced among similar laundry sorters I was checking out. I wanted one so that I do not have to lug a big laundry bag from my apartment, down the elevators to the basement, to the laundry room, and then lug back the clean laundry back up to my apartment (get the picture?). I also wanted to be able to sort, darks from whites and delicates. This seemed like a good choice, but before the month ended, the screws went loose often, AND the wheels would fall off (because nothing secures the wheels to the poles). It would be such a hassle when I would be rolling the sorter to the elevator, one of the wheels would come loose and I would have a tripod sorter, stop too pick up the wheel and then put it back on. Now I just leave this thing in my closet, and I bought a laundry bag instead to lug my laundry up and down from the laundry room. So if you have the same use for this item, do not buy this item. Go for a more heavy duty one. "Don't waste your money!", I've never been inspired to write a review until now... as a WARNING to potential buyers of this product. This is a PIECE OF JUNK! I've had it a few weeks and it's falling apart! Don't waste your money on this one. Try something else. 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Laundry Cart Review", This product was delivered in a timely fashion. No issues w/the product what so ever. "SO Flimsy!!!", I purchased 2 sorters. To start, the boxes arrived shredded and beaten up. One was missing its pack of screws. I got them replaced. Putting them together was easy. At first they seemed great. They rolled easily, light weight, compact, sturdy....that is until I began using them! the frame began to sway back and forth on both, the wheels would pop off easily (The wheels would fall off if I just looked at them!!! It was insane!)I would tighten the screws which would help for a few minutes, then the frame would begin to sway again. It became so bad that the frame would almost touch the ground with each sway! I would recommend you keep looking...this item is not worth your time or money. "Looks great and then falls apart!", This product started out wonderfully. It was relatively easy to put together and worked exactly as I needed it to (I was very pregnant and had to take my laundry across a parking lot to the laundry room in my apartment complex.) But within a couple months, the screws holding it together started falling out. And within a couple more months, the wheels were falling out constantly. Now I am online looking for a new laundry cart because this one is so impossible to keep together! And it has been less than a year since I bought it. I am very frustrated to say the least! "Great laundry sorter, easy to put together", The pieces come unassembled in the box but are easy to put together. The hamper itself is nice and seems to be strong. I wish the compartments were a little bigger so I can do full loads of laundry, but otherwise it's great! "Great product for price", This product was very easy to assemble and a great deal. It is spacious enough to hold about 2 loads of laundry per bin. |
