"I recommend this device.", If you spend $30 for a garlic press, it had better be good! This one is. It is 18/10 stainless and it comes out of the dishwasher looking new every time. It is very heavy duty.

The part with the holes is an insert, so it comes out, allowing you to soak it and clean it more easily. I recommend this device.

"Wonderful Garlic Press", Though this garlic press is a bit pricey, I purchased it because it is made of stainless steel (I've eliminated all plastic, chrome, and nonstick items in the kitchen).
