"good pan...cleans sooooooooooo easy..good buy,,do it"
this pan is excellent....I wish they made it a tad biigger so i could cook everthing in it..I love it buy it...really!!

"My favorite pan"
I've only been using this pan for about 2 months. But so far it's my favorite pan for stir-frying vegetables and meat.
I haven't done too many other things in this pan, but I fried onions and hash browns and scrambled eggs and those came out just fine.

I especially liked doing scrambed eggs - they didn't stick to the pan, so that I got to eat all of it (the eggs stick to other pans and by the time you are done, there is only 2/3 of an egg left to actually eat).

It's really non-stick. Anything comes off really easily.

So far, I am loving it.

non stick ok. I would have liked it deeper but worth the money any way.

"Calphalon Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch Stir-Fry Pan Review"
I've purchased a few of these pans over the years. While I generally prefer cookware from Calphalon's competitor (Company A), this pan is a terrific value.

It does not retain or generate the heat necessary for proper stir-frying; however, it is general utility pan that I use frequently. The coating is relatively long lasting and the quality is suitable for commercial cooking. If purchased on sale, it's a tremendous value that all home cooks should leverage.

"Calphalon the best"
this one is a must have, for a 2 people family, right size, elegant, and as alwayz, Calphalon has the best quality in cookwares, easy to clean. i highly recommand it.

What our customer's say!

"Perfect for Two", My roommate purchased this wok several years back. After having recently moved into my own place with my fiancé, this was on my must-have list.

This wok is the perfect size when cooking for two. Nothing ever sticks, clean up is a breeze, and foods cook perfectly in it.

Also due to the smaller size of this wok, it's much easier to handle even when weighted down with food. Although substantial, it is much easier on my wrists than other woks I have tried out.

I highly recommend it to any level cook, as well as anyone trying to cut back on the amount of oil they use when cooking.

"Not the greatest for stir-fry, but useful nonetheless", It doesn't quite get hot enough for stir-frying on my electric stove, and there's no lid for it (unlike my 12-quart chicken fryer) but I do get some occasional use out of it.

"Love this little pan!", Very convenient size for cooking for two. I love that it's non-stick and so easy to clean!

"Great Price for a Quality Product", I trust Calphalon and you really can't beat this price. Item arrived on time.

"Calphalon Magic", As I have come to expect from Calphalon products, this pan is amazing. It heats evenly, and cooks very well. Highly recommend buying Calphalon products over other cheaper cookware... Even if you have to buy them one at a time to handle the cost ;)

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Works great", I decided to purchase this pan based on prior Calphalon experience and the reviews here. I am very pleased with it. I don't find it that heavy, but the extra thickness does spread the heat very evenly. I have mixed feelings in general about the nonstick surface, but this is an instance in which it performs well.

"Heavy but useful", As other reviewers have noted, this is good Calphalon equipment. And so it is pretty heavy, which means that, though you will be tempted to try to flip the food, you must content yourself with traditional stir-fry methods. A non-stick stir-fry approach demands a non-stick wok spoon, but I haven't found one, so I use a nylon/plastic serving spoon. On the other hand, a non-stick stir-fry pan cleans up easily. (I never give 5 stars.)

"Getting to be my favorite", This pan is on its way to being my first choice for cooking. Here's why:
- It's very thick and conductive, food is hard to burn when using a radiant or coil stove. Not all of us have gas stoves, yet!
- The thickness keeps the heating even and steady, while electric stoves cycle on and off
- The non-stick quality is amazing. It feels like the whole pan is one solid piece of nonstick metal. I don't have to fear using a wire whisk on the surface.
- I have the wok of the same line, commercial nonstick, and it has some limitations because of its size. This pan can be used for toss-fry (OK, you need just a little bit of muscle but not as much as tossing a wok's contents)
- Swing forward, everything flies up, snap and catch it all. You don't need that angled pan some other maker has been advertising, the wall curvature is perfectly designed for toss and catch. This keeps your ingredients more intact than stir-frying.
- You shouldn't put it in the dishwasher, but cleaning up is very easy. Everything slides off easily and you're done.
- Until now my preferred pans were the decent quality, but cheap, $2.99 Steka pans from IKEA (I have 8-9) and they still do a good job for small servings, and I don't care about putting them in a dishwasher. But this pan's big enough for dinner while you need two or three of the Stekas.
- Sometimes Amazon has a great price on this pan. I highly recommend picking up one or two.

"Best NonStick Wok", I do quite a bit of stir frying and this is the best non-stick wok that I have owned (I've probably have owned 4 or 5). I bought this on a whim last year because it was on sale and now I'm buying another as a gift for my mother. This is a great wok because 1) it is heavy gauge and heats evenly 2) the non-stick surface has actually withstood reasonably high heat for a year now without significant discoloration or damage. This is probably its greatest strength since all my other woks have either warped or lost its "non-stickiness" because of the high heat needed for traditional stir fry. It's also great for sauces and reductions because of the shape, size, and non-stick surface.
The downside is that it is small. Perfect size for servings for 2 but not great for family sized portions. I'd also recommend buying a lid if you don't already have one.

"Great, but maybe a bit small", The pan itself is well-made and the nonstick coating is superb. I found it so easy to toss/flip food around in this wok that I didn't really need utensils. I cooked on the electric element on high temp setting, but the handle stayed cool! The flat bottom does away with the need for a fire/stabilizing ring. My wife seemed to think the pan was heavy, but I thought it was just right and well-balanced. In fact, I feel that the 10" pan may be ideal for perhaps only 2-person meals. I stir-fried a pound of shrimp in it, but the pan seemed almost full to the brim. IMO, this pan is perfect for making fried rice because of its nonstick surface and the ease at which you can flip/stir the contents in the pan. Also, it would be nice if it had a lid...
