"Sturdy, heavy-duty baking sheets"
Couldn't be more pleased. These baking sheets are good size, don't warp in oven heat and do what they are supposed to do. After years of using a variety of lighter, supposedly non-stick cookie sheets, I was delighted to find these. They are heavy enough not to warp and that can be cleaned easily without a hard-to-identify coating that adds nothing to value. Will look to Chicago Metallic when I need bakeware.

"Jelly roll pans"
Heavy duty non-stick pans are high quality and great price. Cooling rack is a bonus.

"Solid, Heavy Duty Nonstick Sheets with Wire Rack"

I could not be happier with this set of two sheet pans with an included cooling rack. As noted by some of the other reviewers, this set of sheets is quite heavy and very solid. I have used them now for about a month, including some service under the broiler and extended use in 450 degree ovens, and have not had any problems with warping or the like. They are still flat and true as the day that I purchased them.

Though I normally follow the recommendations of America's Test Kitchen and Cook's Illustrated for equipment, I purchased this item before I saw the November/December CI article on sheet pans. In the article, they give the Chicago Metallic pan a "recommended with reservations rating", stating that it had warped slightly under high heat. They recommend the Lincoln Foodservice half size heavy duty sheet pan instead(note that this $15.40 pan does not include a wire rack, which you would need to purchase separately).

Notwithstanding their rating, I still back this item whole-heartedly and personally have no inclination to upgrade to their recommendation. I have found that many of my recipes do in fact require me to have a second sheet pan on hand. Given the great price on this set, and my experience that they are very heavy duty and have not in any way shown they will ever warp, I can easily back a five star rating on this product. I bought a second set for my girlfriend, who also loves them.

"Good value for professional products!"
I bougtht the pans and cooling grid! I agree with the others that said you need to remember they are heavy~ in a good way!! I've always bought cheap pans and had them warp, etc. I like these pans very much! I do have to be careful when cutting on them (if making bars or pizza!!) but otherwise, they are worth the value price!! I also really like the cooling grid! Nice size!

"Fantastic, heavy duty jelly roll pans"
These pans are nice and heavy, with good sides to roast veggies or toast up some fries. Nothing sticks. I burned only one batch of cookies, because I forgot which timer I was using for which batch. I can't believe anyone would blame burnt cookies on the cookie sheet! I also can fit two batches of cookies onto the cooling rack, and the pans and cooling rack all stack into each other for easy storage. I ordered three more sets!

What our customer's say!

"Don't think twice....", I love these pans! They are heavy duty and I can't imagine them every warping like some other cookie sheets. are absolutely marvelous and cookies come out beautifully on them! 12 cookies fit easily on them.

I haven't found any hot spots at all all the cookies bake evenly.

Definitely worth every penny and the cooling rack is a nice bonus also.

"Awesome, except for those dents! :(", I've had these pans for two months now and I love them!

I use them several times a week For roasting veggies (at 350 to 425 degress) and broiling (at 500 degrees). Unlike other brands that I've tried, I have absolutely no problem with warping at high temps.

Clean up is a breeze too. I get all the sticky stuff off with a scotchbrite and then into the dishwasher. Comes out perfect every time.

I've also used them for cookies. I adjusted my cooking time downward and used parchment. The results were outstanding.

I gave them 4, rather than five, stars because one of the pans arrived dented. At this price, I think that's not acceptable. Since other reviewers have mentioned the same thing, this is clearly a recurring problem. I don't know if the problem is with Amazon, the manufacturer, or some combination of the two. But it's a problem.

I will buy this brand again.

"Great", I really like my pans and rack. I use them alot! One of my pans arrived with sharp dent it in. I was quite bummed about that. Other than that I am very happy.

"Good pans, good deal", I was looking to buy an additional half sheet pan and cooling rack. This combo suited me to a t. I wouldn't use it for cookies because it's too dark and retains too much heat for the light, chewy cookies I prefer, but this pan is perfect for much of my other baking.

"Great Pan, Great Value", I just dried my hands off after washing one of these pans. I realized it was time to write a review. Earlier, I roasted a whole chicken directly on the pan. Chicken came out great. I was a bit concerned that I would ruin this pan. So many other pans never quite came clean after roasting. The oils would interact somehow with the nonstick coating and create a sticky glue. Not so with this pan. It came clean with the scouring side of a sponge and soap. It looks like new! This pan conducts heat great and is sturdy. It is a great deal- 2 pans and the cooling rack.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Jappleby", Great product!! I own two of them and bought my father one. Can't go wrong with this one. Heavy duty, wont warp.

"I love these. ", Not much more to say. They have been a dream. Cookies slide off, bread doesn't burn, the cooling grid can't be beat.

"Burned my cookies!! YUCK!!!!", After reading the reviews I thought this set would be perfect for baking my daily supply of chocolate chip cookies for the kids. I have been using a Pampered Chef stone (which is heavy) along with a sheet of parchment paper. The cookies always came out perfect...but I was tired of dealing with the hot and heavy stoneware. Well, I was very impressed with the weight of the pans. It did not warp like my other cheapy ones. Unfortunately, my cookies turned out very, very brown on the bottom and around the edges....just the way we hate them to be!!! I even put 2 layers of parchment underneath and adjusted the cooking time!! Now I'm back to using the Pampered Chef stone. I haven't used the pans for anything else just yet but hopefully I will have a better experience with another recipe....other than cookies. Also, they were too big to fit inside my top oven properly but worked in my bottom oven. Be sure to measure before you buy.

"JRP's & cooling rack", These are the best JRP's (jelly roll pans). I baked cookies all weekend and everyone of them came out perfect. These are good heavy duty, non-stick pans and the cooling rack is big enough to cool 2 sheets of cookies at once. I received this order 2 days after I ordered. Great service & packaging.

"These pans are great!", I love these pans. The cookies just slide off. The only negative thing
I could say is that these pans are really heavy so if you have problems
lifting they may not be for you. I really like the size of these pans.
Definitely would buy again.
