"Great Product When Not Broken", I purchased two crates right after Christmas, received them Saturday, January 5, 2008. One was in excellent condition, the other, damaged beyond usability.

Stacks and Stacks did not respond to my e-mail or fax, I did finally get them on the phone. A replacement crate was promised but not received after 11 days. A second phone call got no explanation for the delayed shipment of my replacement, an overnight replacement was promised. Today being Saturday, I may not see my second good crate until Monday.

The product itself is wonderful and we use them every week, hauling groceries home from the store, etc. but their shipping me a junk crate does not reflect well on Stacks and Stacks.


"Awesome collapsible crates", Bought my first three over four years ago. They've been used to transport just about everything imaginable. I live over 200 miles from a real town, so shopping is done every couple of months. I would never be able to haul as many groceries as I do without them. As I'm shopping and loading items into the van, I take a few minutes to separate the groceries into the different crates. When I get home, putting large quantities of groceries and miscellaneous items is a snap. They stack beautifully in the van, store flat and ready for the next trip. They are well worth the price.
