"HIGH QUALITY PAN" This is another good quality product from Cuisinart. It's heavy and well made with rolled edges. The bottom plate fits snuggly and the pan closes up nice and tight. This is the third pan I've purchased made my Cuisinart and they are all great quality and will last a long time, I'm sure. I had an old springform pan than has now been discarded. The old one was a piece of junk compare to this new one. I am happy with my purchase and recommend it highly. "Authentic, tasty and easy to follow" Great authentic recipes (including Bun Bo Hue and rice crepes with pork and mushroom). The only downfall is that there are barely any pics. "Springform Pan" Cheesecakes never stick! A good value and works perfectly. "great pan for a good price" Bought and used it for the first time. Sturdy. Heavy base. Seems to give an even heating. Personally, I like it. What our customer's say! "Terrible product", This this leaked so badly that my cake turned into soup. I had even wrapped it with aluminum foil! I tried again, making sure that the bottom plate was placed correctly in the grooves, and filled it with water. Water ran all over the counter through two points in the base. Lame!! This will be going back immediately... "Really no stick", This pan is nice and heavy. I don't think it will dent so easily like my last pan. It is really no stick. I think it would have been better if I didn't grease it at all although I would still put parchment paper on the bottom like I always do. "Seems to work as advertised", Have had no issues w/ this pan. Haven't used it w/ a water bath yet... that will be the test. "nice pan", Nice pan...no stick....cheesecake, my very first, came out perfectly. The pan was easy to use and seems to be a good quality. "The right size matters", Cuisinart always has the right quality. My wife has an 11" and an 8" spring form pan but nearly all the recopies call for a 9" pan. So I got her one. Now the cakes and sponges will be the right thickness. Not to thin or to thick. It did arrive with the bottom fitted inverted and it took an act of congress to convince her plain aluminum side went down and the Teflon side goes up. Other than that it was a good experience. Good cakes are the order at our house 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-inch Pan", If you find one of these in a store for this price you'd better buy it. "very nice", Very nice and easy to use. I heard it was hard to remove cakes from these springform pans, but it was quite easy with these nonstick springform pans (and take this from a person that like, never cooks or bakes). The cake turned out pretty good, and the price for these things were pretty good too (so in case I never bake again, at least I did not spend a whole ot of money). I think these are a good idea to go with if you are anything like me and think you are going to bake all the time, but at the back of your mind you know you will not, but you figure you may as well try. "Great Product", I am not a big baker but I thought I would start with these pans. So far, they have worked great. The batter does not leak our, the cakes do not stick, and they come right out of the pan when you open them up. "Excellent buy.", Very good product and very good price. This and a good cheesecake recipe guarantee the need for a diet. "Cuisinart Springform Pan Fails", I ordered two pans. After the first baking, one pan no longer closed securely. Now there is a gap between the inside plate and the outside springform. I have no idea why this happened. The other pan seems to be fine. |
