"30-quart pressure cooker/canner" Very well made cooker, I am using it to steam about three dozen blue crabs in less than 10 mins and will also use it for pickling okra and maters this summer. "DURABLE LONG TERM PURCHASE" This canner is awesome. It will last my family for generations. If you want something that will can large amounts of food for a long time this is it. It is rather large and very heavy but that is what I wanted. If you want something smaller be prepared to be able to do less at one time. It just barely fits between the oven and the microwave so I went out into the garage and used the turkey fryer to can. All of the heat stays outside. I called customer service afer I chipped the handle and they took care of it by sending a new one out. They also answered a long list of questions that I had about canning without showing any impatience. I am very happy with it. Thanks "Pricey and Worth It" I have used this canner quite a bit with absolutely excellent results. I'm already saving up for the 40 qt. model. I simply can't praise this canner enough. It's rare to see this kind of quality of design and manufacturing. Once you own your jars, home canned in cheaper and definitely of better quality than store bought. This canner is the best investment a cook can make. "Awsome equipment that no canner should be without!" The quality of these All American canners are absolutely top of the line and easy to work with. Once purchased, you have a canner for life. No gasket seals to be replacing. Wonderful. I have one already and am getting a second so I can tag team between the two when canning this summer. You can't beat this piece of kitchen equipment. This is the top of the line for canners.

What our customer's say! "All-American 30-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner", I'm very happy with the cooker. I cooked beef in it and used it for canning. The instructions for both were very easy to follow. When I was researching what cooker to buy, I finally decided to pay more and get the heavy duty cooker that people were reviewing as the one that will last for ever. I've used this product several times, and agree that it will probably last me, my children, and my grandchildren. I've never owned a pressure cooker before this one, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but here's what I love about this one: heavy duty, no seal to replace, made in Milwaukee, capacity for 14 quart jars. I also wanted to challenge a couple of negative reviews I read prior to buying this. I read that the cooker was very heavy. Correct, and I like the heavy duty design. I read that it was hard to clean and handle. Correct, and I like the heavy duty design. I read that the lid sometimes gets stuck. The instructions say to use a screwdriver. I did that and it worked. I read that it cooled very slowly after canning. What I do is release the pressure by turning off the heat and then use a towel to take off the pressure weight. The pressure releases in a minute or two and I can take off the cover immediately after that. "Fabulous piece of equipment!", This pressure canner is awesome. I am very impressed with its high quality machining and precision parts. This is an heirloom piece. It will last forever. I am new to canning and love this pressure canner. Have loved the whole process of canning and know that this canner does it's job very well. You can not go wrong in purchasing this pressure canner. I can't rave enough!
