"Bad Design" This poorly designed iron can't do the job! As you try to steam iron, the water shoots out from the "fill" hole and soaks the garment, ironing board and sometimes even the floor!! I returned it. "so far so good" I have been using my Iron for one week now and I think it works very well. "Happy Ironing" The Proctor Silex 17410 Iron is indeed very lightweight, heats up quickly, gives off grundels of steam. It could use an easier to read control dial, but that isn't a major issue. I especially like the pivoting cord feature. I'd say that for the price it is an excellent value. "So so......" Okay for what it's worth. Water seems to not spray quite right sometimes (it splashes....). "Great product" Lightweight, easy to use. I'm very satisfied with this iron. And the price is very reasonable.

What our customer's say! "Iron", I iron alot! This was the perfect addition to my motor home. It is lightweight and easy to pack. "iron touch ups", Great for the occassional item that has a few wrinkles. Not for heavy duty use. "Better than my broken Rowenta professional", After my Rowenta stopped working... My wife (who doesn't iron) brought this one home... I was a bit surprised at how light it was... and by the amount of leakage it had... coming from the soulplate and the water fill hole... there is no cover on it so what is to stop it from coming out there? It does keep spitting water and steam when placed in the up right position, so you could say it is a vertical steamer? "A No-Heat Iron", It doesn't get very hot so it doesn't iron. A waste of money. Don't buy it. "Fine for the price", This iron is as advertised. It is simple to use, very light weight and it works.
