"Prrrrrrrr!" The concept is good but when the litter starts to come out from all over, it is a mess!! Both sides do not stay together longer, the weight of the litter and excrement wears off the locks. It lasted one week! "Is it wrong to fall in love with a cat box?" This box is amazing! For the average sized cat I definitely recommend getting the large box. The box was easy to put together and easy to clean, just roll all the way over, roll back, level the litter, and pull out the tray. It is absolutely amazing. Been using it for about 1 month now and no issues. Thanks so whoever invented this marvelous product!! "Nice" I like the way this litter box looks and works. It is a bit too small for my average size adult female cat. She isn't comfortable using it but she does try. I put a disposable pad in front of the entry and she pees there but goes inside for bm's. Perhaps she's too old to figure it out. Also it's a bit too expensive but happily made in Canada. "BUY THIS! Forget about Littermaid!" In the interest of helping out other cat lovers, I am posting this review. I threw away three perfectly operational LitterMaid automatic cat boxes when I saw how well this worked, and then I ordered a second one of these. It works just like they say, and if you use FLUSHABLE litter, not only do you spare yourself the nastiness of having to bend over and chisel cat poop off the appliance/litter box (due to the great engineering of this catbox), you don't have to carry a ninety pound back of you know what out to the trash, making the trash collectors hate you when the bag breaks (because you carried the slide out drawer with huge handle to the toilet and flushed it). It now takes 30 seconds to clean my cat box, and is 98% less disgusting. We no longer fight about whose turn it is, because I don't mind doing it. Added bonus: unlike the Littermaid, you never, ever have to buy accessories for it. "This thing rawks...." If cleaning the cat box makes you want to heave - this is for you. VERY EASY - saves time and money (uses less litter) - it is still a bit messy but NOTHING like a normal tray. One of my most hated chores is now just a minor nuisance. NO FEAR HERE BUY BUY BUY....

What our customer's say! "My cat and I love this litter box ", I have had cats and litter boxes a long time, always looking for better products. I love gadgets and things that help make life easier. I love this box!!!!!!!!!!! This is the BEST litter box!!! I have used a lot of others, including the Littermaid. I like this better than the littermaid. easier to clean, I no longer fear the litter box. I Don't put on a mask and gloves to clean it, fishing around in clumping litter looking for the little treasures my cat left. Just roll it over pull out the tray, dump the contents. Don't have to schedule a block of time to clean the cat box. My cat enjoys watching me roll it over and even wants to get inside and inspect what is in the tray after it is rolled. She has access to this one and the litter maid during the day and she prefers to use this one. I purchased another for upstairs. I read all the reviews on this box and many other boxes. I put this box together Right and have had NO problems with it. I use Worlds best cat litter, no sticking to the inside, No litter seeping out the seams, clips are fine. I don't take this apart daily, so quick and easy, I highly recommend it. I have the largest one. Use it right, and you will make you life easier and you cat will have a clean box. "Love it! (with one exception)", We've had this litter box for five months and, for the most part, I'm very happy with it. Cleaning is so simple - roll it over, tap it a few times to disengage anything that's sticking to the sides, and pull out the drawer. My only complaint is the clips. I've noticed now when I roll it, the clip on the front side will fail and I spill a line of litter on the floor. It's not a deal breaker though, I just sweep it up. We bought it when we got our kitten and he fits in it fine. I thought it would be entirely too small for our larger cat, but apparently, he's using it also. How? I have no idea! And I've never actually seen him in it (but the evidence is there!). "Works pretty well", It helps to look closely at what happens inside when you roll it so you understand the mechanics of it. If you merely follow the directions, you won't get such wonderful results. "Best Litterbox Ever", This is absolutely the best litter box I have ever had, and I've used everything from your standard box and scoop to an electronic one with a motion sensor that cleans automatically! This is easy to use, works perfectly, and has made cleaning the litter box less of a chore. My cat likes it too, because I now clean it more often! "My 7 year old can operate this easily", I got this as a gift last Christmas from my children, after much prodding by me to the spouse. We had decided a kitten was right for the family and as usual I somehow ended up being in charge of the messiest part - litter clean up! Assembly is easy and quick. I agree the closing clips are a bit flimsy looking and at first I was suspicious that it would actually keep the litter in the box when rolled. My biggest complaint with the standard litter box was the kitten was kicking litter out all over the place and I was tired of having to clean the box AND the floor all around. The Omega was the answer to my prayers! The litter not only stayed in the box, but cleaning it out of the box was as simple as a roll to the right and emptying the collection trough. Unless you are aggressively rolling the box around or the offspring decide to use it as a step stool, I've found the clips hold well and they do indeed keep the litter in the box while rolling. A year later this box is still doing it's job and we now have a full grown cat and another kitten both using it with no problems. Occasionally the clumps stick on the bottom, but as my 7 year old pointed out to me the other day, you just give it a thump and they come right off. Maybe I have weird cats, but even in a traditional litter box they dig down to the bottom to do their business and then I have to dig it out of the box. I'd much rather thump on the bottom of this box then have to dig out the mess on another box. In the last month I decided that my 7 year old could manage the litter box as part of his chore list and he's doing brilliantly! I don't have to worry about his hands coming in contact with the mess and he seems to think it's fun to empty the box. Win-Win! 
Read this reviews before You buy... "AMAZED AT HOW SIMPLE", UNREAL AT HOW SIMPLE THIS LITTER BOX WORKS.JUST BE SURE ALL SLIDE CLOSURES SNAP IN PLACE BEFORE ROLLING BOX TO GATHER USED LITTER. "Good Product", I have been very satisfied with this litter box. It is super easy to clean the litter every day with little or no mess. And the best part, you never touch the litter! It has been great for my young daughter to help take care of the cat. My only comments would be that changing the litter is a little tricky, and can be messy, only because of the unique shape of the bottom piece, but once you get the hang of it, it is not a problem. Since there is no liner for this type of litter box (nor can there be), the bottom piece has to be cleaned with every litter change. But that is less often, since you remove the waste every day, keeping the litter fresh. I think this litter box works best with the super-clumping litter. I kind of wish it came in other colors. "Use a decent litter - and you'll love it", We've had ours about eight months and wouldn't trade it for anything. I can see where others would have a problem with using lower quality clumping litters; you really need something that will make hard clumps, because they're going to be rolling around in there when you clean it! We use Fresh Step and it's perfect. We have three very large (16-lb +) cats and one box. We roll it once per day and there is never a smell. Wish this had been around 20 years ago! "3 Cats, Zero Smell", I was skeptical when my wife told me about this litter box she saw at a friend's house. Due to space, our litter is in our living room, and had always been accompanied by "that smell" almost daily. We've had this for over 2 or 3 weeks, and I think I've smelled litter maybe one day. Easy to empty, so dirty litter gets out quick. No scooping, no more litter liners. Highly recommended! "Stop "digging for buried treasure" forever!", I have had this litter box for 6 months now and love it. It is so much easier and less disgusting than "digging for buried treasure". It definitely takes up more space in general, plus needing space to roll it, but it is worth it! |
