"Best knife for the money", I bought this knife to have a santoku after I purchased my Henckels set. If I had to do it over again I would have my whole knife set as Mundial. This santoku is about the only knife I use and I feel it performs better than any of my Henckels. Are there better knives than Mundial out there? Of course there are. Are you going to find a better value with a balance and cutting performance similar (and when it comes to Henckel superior) to many of the better known premium brands? No.
