"Great, functional soap dispenser"
We weren't looking for the best-looking dispenser - just one that does its job and doesn't topple over like so many other ones on the market. The rubber ring on the bottom keeps the dispenser stable. Bonus points for the long spout - there's enough room for your hand or dishwashing sponge underneath. The clear container holds a fair amount of soap and you can see when it needs refilling. Very happy with this purchase.

"Just what I wanted"
This product is great because it holds a decent amount of soap, has a long nozzle, is very understated, small enough base to fit on my kitchen sink, and a rubber ring at the bottom to keep it from sliding. I wanted something that just blended in with the sink, and that is what this dispenser does. My only complaint is that it leaks at the end of nozzle sometimes if the top is not up all the way. I guess it has the tendency not to pop back up all the way. It's not a fast leak, and it leaks into the sink, and it's easily fixable if I remember to check the top's position. Overall, a great product at a super price!

"Works well, but wish it was heavier"
Good quality product, but I would prefer glass instead of plastic. Although I appreciate the fact that glass is breakable and plastic isn't, the device moves around the top area of our sink too easily and I would prefer a more solid, heavy feel to it. If not thick glass, then at least a heavier, weighted bottom. For the price, though, I think overall it is worth it.
UPDATE 05/30/08: This dispenser started leaking around the bottom to the point to where we ended up trashing it, so I would drop my rating to one star if I could. I recommend buying something else. It didn't even last a month.

"BARELY LASTED 6 MONTHS!"
I bought this because the pumping mechanism/spring assembly inside seemed to be stiff and strong, indicating it might be a good, lasting purchase...WRONG! I am so tired of buying pumps (at least 4) for dish soap at the kitchen sink that I think I will give up and just use the bottle it came in, even though they are mostly ugly looking things.

"Best soap dispenser I ever bought!"
I know I shouldn't get overly excited about a soap dispenser, but this one is great! I have bought many dispensers (and have recycled ones from other products) that ended up in the garbage, but not this one.I am here buying another one for each bathroom.

My problems with other dispensers have been:
1. The pump stops working all together (this happens to me alot!)
2. They leave a mark or rust stain on the counter
3. They are heaver on the top and tip over
4. They are ceramic and chip when my kids knock them over
5. The stainless ones without liners smell icky and corrode from soap
6. They are too hard to fill
7. The dispenser button is too small to push easily
8. They are too small and I have to fill them every week or so.

This one has none of those problems! It is easy to fill and pump, it has been pumping away in a busy kitchen for 2 years, and we rarely knock it over (even if we do, it is fine.) As an added bonus, the spout is long and drips end up in the sink. I also like that you can see how much soap is left. I can buy the big bottles of dishsoap or handsoap and refill them easily (but since it is bigger, not all the time!)

Funny how a small thing, when it works well, makes life so much easier!
