"Not heat resistant!", I was disappointed when the bristles on this brush melted in my saute pan as I used it to swirl butter. This was before the pan was truly hot and the butter was just beginning to melt. There is no way that this brush is heat resistant to 400 degrees as it states in the description. Otherwise, it would be a very nice brush for cold applications.
