"A Good Choice", I waited to review this pot until I had used it for a while. I have now used it to make 3 big batches of soup, steam corn-on the-cob, boil several large batches of pasta, and make 3 batches of jam. I am totally pleased! Everything cooks evenly, quickly, and nothing (including the jam) sticks to the bottom. The pan heats evenly, doesn't scorch, and cleans up nicely. It fits well in the dishwasher. This is a good choice for a large pot.
