"Almost dog proof trash can", I purchased this trash can on my sister-in-law's recommendation as being dog-proof. It is our 3rd trash can and probably our last hope. Her great dane has not been able to overturn or open it. My much smaller mixed breed was able to overturn and pry the top open. But the trash can is good and decorative enough to not look out of place in a kitchen.

"So Far, So Good", I purchased this "Outdoor Trash Hideaway" for indoor use, mostly because I was trying to outsmart--how sad is that?--our Cocker Spaniel who loves to knock over and get into the kitchen trash. So far this product has been successful in thwarting her attempts. The can itself is sturdy and attractive enough to keep in our mudroom/pantry. It's also easy to clean AND was a snap (literally!) to put together. I actually have modified it just a bit by sticking a kitchen-sized trash container inside of it, as I was fearful (from reading other reviews) that a black trash bag could get punctured or ripped when pulling it up to remove it from the base. This has worked really well and allows me to use up the 13-gallon kitchen-sized trash bags that I already have. I'm a happy camper. My Cocker Spaniel, not so much. ;)

"Great", Product is great. We got it for use at the pool and it looks good and does the trick.

"Great Trash Can", I bought this because of the looks,, I wanted a lid I could open and close easy. I always buy the lawn and leaf bags because they just fit better and are easier to pull out of this trash can. I have had it for 2 years now and I clean it with Clorox Clean Up Cleaner and it looks brand new. I did buy another one that I keep in the basement because the first one has lasted well outdoors.

"Stylish garbage can", I liked this garbage can first of all because it matched the deck box I bought from Suncast, and secondly it's not an ugly garbage can. It's doesn't make your backyard look bad, it's actually kind of pretty (as far as garbage cans go)

"Very Pleased...", Love this product. It seemed that trying to find a garbage can that could be left outside would be a challenge. I tried others with lids but rain always managed to get inside. I bought two of these and love them. Great for kids who have a hard time bringing their garbage inside in the summer(popsicle plastic, and capri sun containers). They look nice and are very easy for kids to use as well.

"Happy with it", It looks good on my deck and is very sturdy. Love the fact that the lid can lock so the dog cant get his grubby paws into it!
