Others say...

"It cleans without a perfumy smell"
At my job, I must wear professional suits, but I don't have the salary for regular dry cleaning bills. This is a good alternative. I might have to professionally clean my suits every few months or every half year, rather than every few weeks.

Although the package says to use the cleaner towel to pretreat any stains, I usually use a separate stain remover for stains. Then, I might dab them with the towel. I throw 3-4 odorized jackets in the dryer with a sheet, and they come out fresh and stain free without smelling of manufacturers perfumes.

I really like it.

"Save money"
You can always toss one or two extra articles of clothing in, so you save extra money for things that don't NEED to go to the cleaners.

"wow .. it really does work !!"
I used these sheets to clean a sportjacket and it worked great. The process is simple and easy too. You just unfold a sheet from the packet and place it in the dryer with the clothing article(s) and dry on medium heat for exactly 20 minutes. Once you take it out of the dryer, then you simply hang it on a clothes hanger and you're finished. I put the product to the test when I cleaned a satin wedding gown that had been packed away in a box for years. The cleaning sheets never helped in removing the pre-existing wrinkles, but the dress came out just fine, and even the delicate lace was unharmed. The gown smelled fresh and was visibly clean .. and I saved about 100 bucks by not taking it to the dry cleaners. I have no negatives about this product whatsoever. I really does work !!

"The Best money saver!!"
I used it on my dress pants, light sweaters, it worked great. I saved over $100 on my first use. Thanks Amazon for carrying it.

"Neat idea and it works!"
I use these cleaning sheets ALL the time and they're great! They don't handle everything (suits needing pressing, special clothing such as coats or other items which really do need an occasional dry cleaning) BUT for daily clothing you wear regularly and want cleaned or freshened but wish to avoid shrinking, fading, or loss of sizing (all those darling cotton summer dresses and skirts, delicates in silk or linen, black jeans, nice tech clothing, mens' dressy shirts, etc.) - - this can't be beat.

Dry Cleaner's Secret is also extremely easy to use. No putting stuff in bags. Just place 7 or 8 clothing items directly in the dryer and throw in one sheet. Twenty minutes later, your clothes are fresh and clean. No ironing, just hang 'em up or fold - they come out pretty neat. (You can iron if you're into that sort of thing. I hate to iron!)

Beware: once a stain is "set", this product can't work miracles, so always take care of a stain immediately. While the directions say you can apply a moist Dry Cleaning sheet directly to a stain to lift it out before throwing an item in the dryer to dry clean, I've not had the best of luck with more difficult stains using that method.

SO, I wholeheartedly recommend one other product, which I guarantee you won't regret. It's the Tide Bleach Pen. I keep one in my makeup bag at all times. It's saved my clothing more times than I can count. Just apply immediately after stains occur, and most will lift right out of the cloth before your eyes, and fast. Works on colors or light/white clothing. I've successfully removed ink, grass, wine, and food stains.

I love it when I find products which actually make my life easier!

What our customer's say!

"Dry Cleaner's Secret saves me a small fortune!", I work in a Manhattan office and wear dry clean only clothing almost every day. My bills would be immense without this stuff! It rocks. Seriously. I mean how often do people gush about a laundry product?

This has no bags or expensive starter kits like with Dryel. You get a bunch of sheets saturated with cleaner, like thick damp dryer sheets.

You dab off any small smudges, then toss 4-5 pieces of similar colored clothing in the dryer for half an hour with the cleaning sheet.

Hang your clothes up overnight (or for a few minutes if you're like me and end up doing it in the morning!) and they look smooth and reshaped, and smell fresh.

Works great for anything that isn't actually grimy, just out of shape or wrinkled. Now I take my garments to the real dry cleaner every three or four wearings. My job requires a neat and professional appearance, and this stuff does the trick!

Besides the obvious savings, it's less time spent going to the dry cleaner. I buy clothes without fear of the time and expense of cleaning them. And if I want to wear my favorite skirt on a whim, I can. I don't have to wait until I have time to get it to the cleaner.

Obviously, use your common sense. Badly stained or sweaty garments won't work. And if you have a super expensive power suit, take it to an expensive cleaner.

But if your moderately priced dry clean clothing often ends up wrinkled but basically clean, buy this and save. It's never ruined or even damaged an article of my clothing, and for what I'm saving, I could replace the occasional garment if it ever did.

"Very overpriced, ineffective at removing stains, Dryel is better", I purchased this product based on the many positive reviews here, and I was very disappointed.
I followed the directions for the product and used one cloth for one two-piece suit. The suit had no stains, but it did have a light odor under the arms, which this "cleaning" cloth did not remove or even mask. The only thing this cloth did was give the whole suit a very light fragrance. I don't see how this would remove any staining at all.
If you are looking for something to re-fresh your clothing, I would recommend tossing your clothing in the dryer for 15 min with a microfiber (lint-free) damp cloth with a couple of sprays of your favorite perfume. The effect will be the same, and you will save money and save the environment another piece of trash.
I have tried Dryel in the past for home dry-cleaning and I am going to go back to it. Dryel makes a much more effective product that actually CLEANS!
I would not recommend this product!

"Prefer Dryel", I have tried Woolite Dry Cleaner as well as Dryel. I prefer Dryel because it is more effective at cleaning your clothes. Dryel comes with a spot treater and a clothes bag; you treat any spots and put up to four articles of clothes into the bag, and then toss it in the dryer. For both the Woolite and Dryle products, however, putting a load of wet clothes along with the dry cleaned garments seem to make the system more effective. Take the clothes out immediately after the dryer stops and hang them to prevent wrinkles. Pants may need to be pressed with a hot steam iron to get a nice crease in them.

Lastly, do not expect miracles. The Dryel will only work on lightly-stained clothes; the Woolite only freshens up items as far as I can tell. Take moderately-stained items to be dry-cleaned. My fear is that I'll cook a stain in using Dryel or Woolite. But either product will save you a few trips to the dry-cleaners, and that can save you tons of money pretty quickly, especially as dry cleaning ruins your clothes.

"Met my expectations", I'm happy I had the option to buy this product using Subscribe and Save. If I clean 4 garmets at a time, as it says I can, it's costing me around $0.30 a piece. The quality of the cleaning is adequate for my needs - I have light wool/synthetic suits I had custom-made abroad and wear suits 5 days a week. The process is quick and easy - just pop it in the dryer, spot clean with the included cloth if necessary. The only downsides are: 1) I worry about getting the cleaning material on my hands - definitely wash them right away and 2) unlike the dry cleaner, this kit won't pleat your pants! I've already cleaned 8 garments with good, fresh smelling and "stiff but still soft" feeling results. I'll keep this on my Subscribe and Save and may even need to bump up my next shipment! Thanks, Amazon.

"So so... just use a regular sheet with a damp towel", This works about as well as a damp towel and a regular dryer sheet.

I don't plan on buying these again.

"it actually works...", Been using this product for the last year or so- Works great. Most of the Wally World's stopped selling it; so I tried Dryel both with and without the bag: it wasn't nearly as effective or user friendly. Amazon had a great price for the larger box, and great quick shipping. The manufacturer is truthful: If you regularly get your "dry clean only" clothes professionally cleaned, dry cleaner's secret works great in between those regular cleanings. Going to the cleaners becomes one less thing to use precious gas on.

As a musician, I typically dry cleaned my tuxedos and stage clothes every single week. Besides the obvious cost, I was getting a little concerned about the long term exposure to PERC; I've been doing this for 20 some years now. With this product I'm able to get a lot more mileage out of the initial wearing. In addition to regular domestic travel, it's been absolutely great for travel abroad where dry cleaning isn't quite as bountiful or convenient. It's often much easier to find a Laundromat (or hotel) with a dryer that's open and close by, rather than a dry cleaner. Ideal for when you're only in one place for less than 24hrs!

Using the cloth as spot remover works well on light stains, but I wouldn't try it for ketchup or red wine. I have several black silk shirts which are prone to perspiration stains. (no matter how cool the room, stage lights are always broiling)- this product works great for removal and cleaning. The scent (to my guy nose) is not overpowering or "girly"- and it does indeed leave the clothes feeling and smelling clean. I work with a brutally ruthless bunch that would let me know if I smelled funky; no complaints so far!

Remember, this won't "press" your clothes, so if you've got an airline inflicted wrinkled mess you'll probably still need the real thing. Here's a tip: Most dry cleaners offer "press only" service which is cheaper (and arguably safer for you and your garment). Great if the item is basically clean, but needs to look really crisp. That being said, I've been pleased that dry cleaners secret does freshen up the look, especially for darker garments.

"Great Dry Cleaning", Dry Cleaner's Secret Quick & Easy Dry Cleaning Sheets are distinguished from other home dry cleaning products because they are bagless. They clean 4 garments per sheet and touch up is done with rubbing the sheet directly on the affected spot. 20 minutes in the dryer without the restriction and wrinkling due to enclosure in a bag, and Voila you remove the garments, hang them up, steam or warm press for final touches. I just use a small travel steamer for small wrinkles. An excellent product and as a former chemical laboratory assistant, only flammable if you light it.

"Dry cleaning at home", While I would not use these sheets for heavy soil, I am able to clean my 100% cotton clothing without having to wash, and more importantly, iron them. The sheets ease out any wrinkles and I take care of heavy soil by spot washing first. I have cleaned up to 5 garments, blouses, at a time. It is well worth the expense of the sheets to avoid ironing.

"Works as good as Dryell", I have always used Dryell in the past. Could not find it so I tried this instead. It works equally well and I enjoy not having to keep track of a bag. I do 2-3 loads of dry cleaning a week and have excellent results. Definitely cheaper then taking clothes into the dry cleaner!

"Freshen up your dry cleaning after traveling", This is great to freshen up dry cleaning fabrics after pulling them out of your suitcase. I found this easy to use and a must have for my wardrobe and lifestyle. Have a blessed day!
