"Circulon Premier Professional 11pc Set", This review is in regard to the price only as I haven't actually used this set that my Hubby just brought home for me, but they are beautiful and I'm excited to try them. I just want to let anyone know that is in the market for pots and pans that right now Costco has the above noted 11pc set for $199.99 and there's a $40 off coupon out right now which is why Hubby picked these up for me. Great price for what I believe will be a wonderful product for many years to come.

"Not for me", I bought this set when it was priced at $159 so I did get an excellent deal from Amazon. Unfortunately I do not care for these pots and pans. First, the handles are unusually long and heavy causing the smaller pans to tip when they sit empty on the stove top or in the cupboard. Second, some of the pieces are difficult to clean. The handle bolts are inside the pans and food gets stuck around them, I had to use a toothpick on one. And the circular design is made to use with oil or fat so fat-free cooking will cause sticking. I also had a hard time cleaning the bottom even after soaking and scrubbing there was "stuff" stuck in the grooves. They do heat evenly and are quite solid but are not as heavy as some of the other high end pans, and I consider that a plus. I bought this set to replace an older set of Sitram I had so maybe I'm just spoiled. When I saw a set of Scanpan pots and pans listed on the Amazon Warehouse as an open box item I jumped on them and couldn't be happier. I'll be passing the Circulon on to my daughter when she moves into a new house this summer and she will be thrilled. Even though I know she will be lazy about the upkeep and probably just throw everything into the dishwasher at least someone will get some use out of them for a couple of years.

"Elated with ELITE", I first purchased the wok, loved it so much, I knew the set would be a worthwhile purchase.
The pots and pans are fantastic !
I have baked, covered and uncovered,at 400 degrees various recipes in these pots, and the food cooks and browns evenly, yet the food never burns or adhears to the surfaces, its absolutely remarkable, and these pans are a joy to clean, yes I said joy. Its so easy, I almost feel guilty.
The lids appear to be dishwasher safe,( I hand wash them) and although well designed for cooking, the channeled rims do require a little more focus durring cleaning.
I have a glass top range, and the bottoms of these pots are perfect and compatable.
I shopped for a better price, not to be found, typical amazon shopping experience... total satisfaction.
Buy these circulon ELITE, the most atractive and functional of the circulon line, culinary gratification guaranteed!

"Fed up with Circulon", I bought a set of Circulon at an upscale dept store and stupidly paid a premium price. The bottom of the 8 1/2qt and the 3 1/2 qt pans look like the coating is made from clay. I dread to think about how much of this non-stick coating we ingested. My recommendation is run, don't walk, away from this product.
And their warranty, it requires me to send $15 along with each piece I want replaced. So lets see...approx $10-15 to pack and ship the defective item plus $15 for them to mail it back...that's $30 per piece, and $60 for two pots. What bunk!!!

"Great cookware", I recently bought a ceramic cooktop stove and none of my pans would work well because of the grooves in the bottom. These pans are PERFECT for anyone who has a ceramic/glass cooktop. The bottoms are flat, they cook evenly and cleanup...no matter how greasy/messy...is a breeze!
