"Picture is Misleading" I agree with the other reviewer--the picture *is* misleading. Bissell does actually sell the pad/brush combination. Amazon should strive to make sure the picture does represent the product or give a clearly seen disclaimer. Conversely, I was not unhappy at all with the product received as I can use the pads a lot more than the brush attachment. "Disappointing photo" This accessory kit contains a filter and the blue soft mop pad. Look carefully at the photo and you MIGHT THINK you are getting the red scrub brush. This was the mistake I made looking at the photo and assuming I was getting the blue and the red pad. I should read the fine print carefully. This was my mistake, but since the photo IS deceiving, I'm only giving this item a 3! I really wanted the red pad (which is available through Bissell's customer service).

What our customer's say! "Necessary Accessory Kit, But...Incomplete", I own the Bissell Flip-It wet/dry vacuum cleaner. I have had occasional problems with the vacuums filter getting wet and or clogged with debris thus reducing its ability to vacuum up the dirty water from the floor. Aggravating! The extra filter would significantly reduce this aggravation. Extra cleaning pads are good to have available for replacement of the primary pad if it becomes extremely dirty. Pads then can be machine washed for future use. Pro: With this kind of cleaning equipment, a back-up filter and cleaning pads are a necessity. Con: Would have also like to get an additional filter and one brush with this accessory kit (priced accordingly with regard to a kit purchase). Recommendation: Purchase on sale and definitely with free shipping to justify cost. I have found these items packaged separately at higher price at other stores. Con would not exist if Bissell had included brush and additional brush. Purchase would have earned 5 stars if the items in the Con area had been included. Tip: Be sure to always dry vac. hard floor before using wet vac. Yes it sounds obvious, but having once forgot to dry vac. floor before washing, the amount of time to wet vac. floor was ridiculous. Brush and pad needed constant cleaning. Filter was worse, greatly reduced vacuum draw of dirty water due to blockage by debris, especially pet hair. Almost considered using garden hose to wet down floor and then squeegee the mess out the kitchen door. Not a good thing! "Item does not fit", I ordered this item because it was recommended by Amazon as something that would work with the main item (The Bissell Flip-It)I had ordered. It does not fit and since I did not save the papers or the wrapping I am unable to return it. "Disappointed", I'm unable to rate this product since it didn't include the items as advertised. The advertised item contained a flip-it pad and a brush (which is the main reason I ordered it in the first place. I was very disappointed to find the contents were not what I'd hoped for. "Not what I thought. ", I'm sure this product is great with the right wet mop! It was recomended with when I bought my flip ease, and I thought "why not?!" It goes to a completely different model, which I didn't figure out until after I opened it. It doesn't come with the red scrubber in the picture either. Waste of flippin' money if you ask me. "BEWARE", Yes watch out, pls always try to read review before buying. Its true the picture is deceiving, but what I don't understand is why Amazon keep using this picture.
