"great gift", I purchased this set for my mother-in-law and she loves it. However, the teapot was broken duing shipping so she had to return it and wait another month or so for a new one.

"Makes a nice tea", This makes several cups of tea at a time and the pot stays warm for a long time. I was going to knock off a star because it doesn't have a strainer at the base of the spout like the small pots do, but so far my tea leaves have pretty much acted as a strainer and very few leaves actually pour out. It is so much better than the little porcelain teapots that I just have to rate it high.

"Beautiful durable teapot", I love the pattern and beautiful pastel colors on this teapot. The teapot is very pleasant to enjoy tea from. The teapot is durable and not as fragile as many others. It is a nice size and the tea stays warm in it for a good while. I have been using Corelle products for ages. If you are familiar with Corelle products, you know they are not that easy to break or damage. The nicest thing about this teapot ( as another reviewer mentioned) is it is easy to clean. You do not have to be a contortionist to get your hand in the inside of the teapot to clean it. There is no danger of having one's hand stuck in the top opening of the teapot, when washing it. Many teapot have such a tiny opening on top, that it is an effort to rinse them out. The cover to this teapot locks on nicely, it does not fall off when serving tea, like on so many others I have owned.

"Great teapot.", This teapot looks deceptively small, but can hold about 8 cups of tea. It has a nice wide mouth, so it is easy to fill it... and easy to clean afterwards.
