"Corelle Stoneware", These dishes are so attractive and will be great to use along with the red ones that my children bought me. They are very durable and the mugs are a good size. The price was fantastic!

"Absolutely Love!", When I was a kid, my mom had the Corelle plates of the 70's - the white plate with the little green flowers. I remember that she loved them because we were always banging them and dropping them and they didn't break. So, when I recently wanted to upgrade my "mismatched" dishes from years of college wear and tear, I immediately went for Corelle. I chose the Chili Pepper color because it is the primary color of my kitchen, and I was so pleased at the match to my decor. The "brown" color is actually more black, which was perfect for me because we have stainless steel and black appliances. The plates are a bit more heavy than the ones my mom had when I was a kid, and I like the sturdy feel. I also love that they work in the microwave! A big plus! My favorite is the mug - I love the feel of a good solid mug in the morning for my cup of coffee. It is a good size and, again, the fact that if I need to reheat my coffee in the microwave is an added bonus. All in all, I highly recommend this product! I bought two sets and hope to have them for a very long time!

"Nice set", This is a nice set. I am not sure I would pay full price as I got it on a lightening deal. The mug is red on the outside and black on the inside. I did not notice this when I choose the set. The others are opposite. They should be consistant.

"corelle stoneware", I bought two sets of the Corelle stoneware as a housewarming gift. The dinnerware is lovely but the shipment (and a replacement) came through with plates broken due to insufficient packing materials. If ordering this item I would ask customer service to request better packaging.

"Beautiful dishes!", I ordered two sets of these dishes and am very pleased with them. They're sturdy and simple, but elegant looking. They came quickly and none of them were broken or scratched.

"Great Sturdy Plates ", Whe the set arrived, one plate was in 3 pieces. But no worries, Amazon quickly sent another set and we mailed back the original set. They red is a rich color, as well as the black. The red surface is smooth and easy to clean. They are also dishwasher and microwave safe. They have a good weight to them and don't feel cheap. We use them everyday and love them.

"Wonderful plates", I got the Corelle Hearthstone Round 16-piece set in Chili Red when they were on gold box special. They were the perfect color of plate I needed. So I ordered it right away. When they came one of the bowls was chipped. I called amazon and they sent out another set that day and gave me a label to send back the rest. All I did was take out a bowl to add to the first set, throw away the chipped bowl and return the rest with the amazon pre-paid label.

I love these dishes, they are so great. Corelle always makes a great product.
