"Broken dinnerware" Item came in broken pieces due to poor being poorly packed. Had to return item,they did not have another for replacement. "Fun, vibrant dishes" I bought these dishes as a gift for my Mother, who has absolutely fallen in love with them. They are very durable, easy to care for, and are fun and vibrant. They certainly add color to her dinner table! Even, my father, who is ultra conservative has given his approval. "Beautiful colors!!" I was afraid to buy after reading some of the reviews. but I bought it, and the colors are so bright. The free shipping was very fast and everything was in perfect condition. I love those pink-red very nice colors with green, warm colors. I bought most of cordinates too, and some salad dishes. I couldnt find placemates matching the set searching all the web. Finally I have to say that Im very happy with the set. "It's PINK!" I read the one review saying that these dishes were pink, but (silly me!) thought that they would really be a "cream of tomato" color. Wrong! They're pretty much a bubblegum pink color! Not as rich looking... "great dishes" I introduced my wife to Corelle in order to replace her old stoneware which was starting to chip. After ordering service for 4, to try out the dinnerware, we now own service for 12. Long lasting and more attractive designs than the old days.

"Corelle going downhill?", These dishes, while pretty, are warped, inconsistent in colour from one piece to the next, the cups are so small there's nothing I could think to use them for. I will forever regret giving away my nearly complete set of the Corelle Summer Blush pattern. That was by far the best set of dishes I owned. Now they cost a fortune on ebay because they're discontinued. My advice? Buy a different pattern. "Beautiful dishes", Although the dishes are really pretty, they appear to be white with green and rust. They in fact are pink and cream. "Nice Plates!", My hubby bought be 2 sets of these, just because. He like's it when I make macaronni and cheese and put it on the plate. I also eat cearel and soup in the bowl. "Are these seconds?", I'm wondering if the sets sold on Amazon are seconds because one of the plates in my set was blank. Also, it the prints are blurry. They are very pretty and I don't mind becuase I got 2 sets for pretty much the same price as one from Corning directly. They are only used for the family and we have small children. I like how I can throw it in to the convection oven right on the plate too to warm it up. "excellent dinnerware", Corelle is the best dish you can have in your kitchen for every day use. The variety of patterns available makes it very attractive for fine dinning also. 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Dinnerware is a Winner", Corelle Heirloom Bloom is lovely everyday dinnerware. Nice quality. I was hesitant to purchase via the Internet, but the purchase turned out well. We had heard that Corelle sells 3 different qualities (good, better, best). Whatever quality we purchased is fine. Delivery was very fast. "Beautiful Set of Corelle Dishes", I have just received my Corelle Heirloom Bloom set of dishes. After reading some of the reviews, I was apprehensive to open the boxes, for fear maybe some of the cups would be broken. I was extremely happy to see that after inspecting each and every piece of the two boxes, service for 8, that they were in PERFECT CONDITION. What a beautiful set of dishes. I am very, very pleased with my selection. I know we will get many years of enjoyment using this dinnerware set. Thank you for such a beautiful set of dishes. "Not the Corelle I expected!", I recently ordered two of the Corelle Livingware Heirloom Bloom sets as our family is expanding and I would like to have matching place sets that were less likely to break or chip. I was so disappointed upon inspection when several of the bowls had the paint chipped on the rim, one bowl had a slight defective bulge and one plate had a black fleck permanently embedded in the paint. One bowl also had black marks on the rim. I also noticed that the paint on the rim of the bowls was not glazed; perhaps this is why the paint was already chipped? I would expect that to be glazed to protect the paint. This is not the quality I would expect from Corelle. I was sure to carefully inspect the pieces after reading reviews on Amazon; we want a quality product that will last several years. What a letdown! I ended up going ahead and returning the product after debating about going through the hassle of repacking and returning. I would like to reorder another set of dinnerware, but after this experience I am not going to get Corelle. It's almost like I got the rejects that one might find at a discount/bargain store. Not something you expect to find at full price!!! I took such time to carefully read the reviews; I just can't understand what happened here. I hope no one else gets my shipment of "rejects!" "Very happy with my corelle", After multiple set of stoneware that would chip, crack etc., I am happy to have every day dishes that look nice and stand up to use! "Love these!", These are the prettiest Corelle dishes I've ever had. The salad plates coordinate so nicely with the pattern on the larger plates/mugs. These are my favorite!!!! |
