Others say...
"Do not work with Epson Inket" I ordered these, printed out an image, and it was aweful. The packaging says that is it guaranteed to work with all inkjet printers, but that is hardly true. The colors had splotches in them, and the lines that were supposed to be straight would bleed color. I was printing with an Epson Stylus Photo 785EPX using both the premium photo glossy and photo glossy film settings. I've had no problems with the Fellowes brand, and will be going back. Just thought I would try these to save a couple bucks.

Memorex 15PK GLOSS DVD CASE INSERTS ( 32020714 )
Why I buy this one ? - Double sided, high gloss DVD Storage Case Inserts - Print high-resolution photos and graphics on this premium, photo quality paper - For use in inkjet and laser printers - Perforated for easy detachment - Use with the NEW Memorex exPressitâ„¢ Label Design Studio software, available at http://www.memorex.com/labelmaker/ What our customer's say! "Worked Much Better Than Expected", After reading the reviews here, I was a little skeptical about what I was getting myself into. I have an Epson inkjet myself (CX7400), but I needed something to put into my new DVD cases, and I wanted the inserts to look as close to professional as possible. To be honest, I messed up the first one because I ignored the arrows. You have to load the paper with the arrows pointing downward, and be sure to pick A4 size, Premium Photo Paper Glossy (worked for me), and best quality settings. All the images turned out clearly, and the exPressit program was pretty easy to use, following the general template to import my own background. I deleted the disc/circles on the front and just used a text box for titles. It was simple, and the end-product looked better than I had hoped, actually. My only gripe with this item would be that the perforations make it look cheaper than professional quality, and I would have liked the arrows/instructions to be on the back so that I could print borderless with clean-cut edges. If you don't like the matte look and want a nice-looking DVD insert, I highly recommend this one. It works for both standard and slim case sizes, although I've only used it for standard size. "Decent if you can find the right printer settings", I originally tried out the Memorex matte case inserts, which worked okay, but still wasn't entirely satisfied with the quality. These work much better once you figure out what printer settings work best. At first I set my HP Photosmart 1215 to Premium Photo Paper Gloss, but they came out looking worse than the matte ones. Once I set it to Photo Paper Matte Finish, they came out looking much better. Go figure. In the end they worked pretty well. However, be prepared to waste a few trying to figure out what looks best, as well as trying to configure/align the template to print right. "ok maybe i am a moron but...", so i got these dvd inserts for slim dvd cases...it says they work for slim dvd cases. so my question is how the heck do they work for slim dvd cases? explain... "Great product", These inserts look great and fit perfectly into a standard DVD case. Depending on what kind of printer you use determines the picture quality. I use a pretty good printer and the quality looks pretty darn close to the real thing. 2 thumbs up! "The Best DVD Glossy Insert Package to Be Found", A previous reviewer must not have adjusted his printer settings. All papers need different print settings with different printers. I've used this glossy paper for nearly a year with three different Epson models (the CX6600 and an old Color Stylus C80 and Color Stylus 800) with superior results -- given a little tweaking and patience. I just bought a new Canon PIXMA IP4200 which gives the best results on only the Standard setting. The Epsons actually print better on this paper if you choose Matte Heavyweight Paper instead of Glossy Paper for some reason, but having done so, the Epsons still produced sharp photo-quality images. Further, this Memorex paper has the best pre-cut margins, making it a snap to remove the trimmings (though you should fold them forward and backward beforehand, in which case they nearly fall off by themselves). Believe me, I'm extremely picky about the appearance of my DVD collection, and I'm satisfied with nothing less than a cover identical to the original in both texture and contrast. The Memorex Glossy DVD Case Inserts are second only to using premium glossy photo paper (which is far too expensive and bit too heavy). Give this stuff a try. Far better than using Fellowes or Neato matte paper. ![]()
