"unchained from the stove!!"
This is my first experience with any crockpot. I was looking for something with an actual crock (as opposed to a teflon-like inside) attractive, and programable. I am very happy so far with my purchase. I have cooked three meals in it and have been pleased (no burning or underdone food) but I am still experimenting with cook times, amount of water, etc. I was worried that this would be too big for my family of four but with the crock 3/4 full with chicken, potatoes and carrots we have enough leftover for lunch or a side dish the next day but not too much leftover. As far as the programability, it is not fully, truly programable; you cannot set the time of day it starts cooking or select any combo of high, medium or low settings. You can choose how long to cook in 1/2 hour increments in high, medium, or low then it automatically goes to "keep warm." The best thing though is being able to prepare a crock full of uncooked food the night before, leave it in the frig and then pull it out the next day and pop it in the slow cooker to cook all day. Heaven for a busy mom or dad!! The unit seems well built and is easy to clean up and is attractive. I wish it came with a carrying case or similar setup like some other brand of crocks have to take to a party as the lid is not tight fitting. A retractable cord would have been nice too. I am thinking of taking this unit with us when we go cabin camping in the summer to save me alot of slaving over the stove.

"so far, so good"
I've cooked once in this slow cooker, and it turned out very well. It is a little odd that the insert doesn't have a tighter fit in the crockpot, but it doesn't seem to affect the performance. It is attractive, seems to work well, and was very easy to clean.

What our customer's say!

"Sent this back.", Arrived in the mail, it never turned on or heated at all. So, back to the manufacturer it went.

"Great product!", This was a gift for my son at college, and he took it back to school and reports that he loves it! It is easy, easy to clean, cooks evenly and he considers it to have been a great gift.
I have a slow cooker that is a different brand and this one appears to cook much more evenly.

"Works Great!", Euro-Pro Rocks! I've used this product weekly (two to three times a wk) and it has worked perfectly. The digital timer is so simple to use. It works in 30 minute increments so it's easy to increase your time count. The inside of the crock is very durable and roomy; very easy to clean. I use Pam Spray inside of it rather than the crock liners, it's cheaper plus it's easier for me anyway.

The crockpot has a count up for "keep warm" when it's done cooking the item and that works really nice. We were late getting to dinner one night by about an hour or so and it kept everything nice and warm for us. I didn't have to worry about it over cooking or anything of the sort.

I'm quite happy with the purchase. If I ever went to purchase a house warming present for someone, this would be the product I'd get hands down.

"Slow Cooker", This cooker is wonderful. It is big enough to take care of a big family and or a party. Does a great job and easy clean up.

"Good but flawed", I received my Euro-Pro last April and have used it several times in the slow cook mode. It worked great and I loved the ability to program the time. BUT, yesterday I needed to cook something faster so I put it on high and much to my disappointment, after about 45 minutes, it turned to keep warm and that was it. I then tried on medium heat and it did the same thing. I will send it back because it is still under warranty, but that is a pain and I will not have the use of it until it is replaced. I would buy another one, because I like the size, the various temperatures and the ability to program it. I hope they have the bugs out when I receive the next one.
