"GREAT FOR HOT LUNCHES", These are great for hot lunches especially soups, stews etc. They are a breeze to clean up and much safer to use in microwaves than plastic. The cover has a built in vent so you won't spill anything like you would with plastic. They are kind of small which is the only drawback.
