"GREAT BOWLS", Our nova blue bowls and mugs have held up so well!! We also bought the nova green bowls and mugs, which are prettier, but chip easily. The blue is sturdy.

"A great compliment", I was very happy when this item came in and matched my existing pieces perfectly. The bowls are not the same size as the ones that come with the original set but they are perfect for cereal, ice cream, and stir-fry. They are smaller in diameter but deeper. They are a very nice compliment to my existing set.

"Perfect size", Not cheaply made or designed. I find them to be a great size at about 5" in diameter. I use them for everything; cereal, soup, ice cream, etc. I definitely consider them a high value.

"Just Great!", I received the Sango Nova Black original set for my wedding. I love the pattern but the bowls were so large. I found these smaller bowls and thought they would be perfect. I was right! These are great! The only problem I have with them, is that they don't nest very well at all. None of my other Sango bowls nest well either so it's not just these. If you love the Sango Nova Black pattern, these are a wonderful addition to the original 16 piece set.

"NICE COMPLEMENT TO SET", I like these bowls...they add some character to the "regular" dishes and are a nice shape/size.

"Head's up -these are made in China", If it matters to you where things are made-I might avoid them. Since the product description did not make it obvious these were imported my guard was down. I thought Sango was Japanese. I like the bowls but I am going to have them tested for lead before I decide whether to keep them or not.
