"Works Well", Have only used the smaller chicken base. Chicken came out great. Easy to fill cooker with whatever savory concoction one likes. Imparts nice flavor and moistness to the birds. Easy to clean. Should not have to pay for two Turkey cookers to get two Chicken cookers, though.
