"even baking" I used this cookie sheet repeatedly for over 8 hours straight and had no problems. It bakes everything very evenly without any burnt edges or bottoms on my cookies. This is a very good sheet. I use a silicone pad on top of it because I don't want it to get discolored and I don't want to scrub the nonstick finish off to clean it, which is what happened over the years that I had my last Baker's Secret sheets that I bought these to replace. Those last sheets lasted about 10 years before I replaced them, and it is a testament to the quality that I bought the same kind again. They work great! "The coating is too delicate" Despite being careful, mine started to develop scratches in the first two days. I'm very disappointed. "Great cookie sheet" I picked this specific cookie sheet because it qualified for the 'super saver shipping' & I needed another one. I have baked numerous cookies on this cookie sheet now and they come right off without sticking. Combined with the appropriate baking time, the cookies had a nice texture too. "great in every way" I'm an average guy who happens to make mass cookies around Christmas. These sheets are phenomenal. They do not burn the cookies, they cook evenly, they clean up and release easily, and due to being flat around the edges slide nicely undneath other things for storage. "Great Product" I bought this sheet because I have had this brand before and had no problems with them. This is a great sheet pan and I have used it about a dozen times so far. It bakes cookies perfectly. Tried french fries on it as well and they came out grat.

What our customer's say! "Slip sliding away", Fine heavy duty insulated baking sheet. In truth, I use it more as a bread peel (who needs a handle to load a domestic oven?). Doesn't flex and most certainly allows items to slide off. "Great product but scratches a bit easy", This is a wonderful baking sheet - affordable, insulated, nonstick, and large.... however, the one draw back is that it does scratch or nick easy... The surface is pretty good with metal spatulas, but the sides of the sheet (for some reason) scratch real easy. Otherwise, this is a pretty good product for the price. Less than 10 bucks on Amazon is cheaper than any store that I have seen it at. "Work very well", I've been an amateur baker for many years now and these sheets are good to work with. I'm not sure why anyone would pay more money for more expensive cookie sheets. Non-stick surface is good, but make sure you don't use metal utensils on them, they will scratch, then rust. They clean up easily and hold up well. I have noticed you have to extend your cooking time (with cookies) a good 10% to 20% longer to get the bottoms of the cookies to just right. "Love this cookie sheet!", This is the first air cookie sheet that I have had that can be put in the dishwasher which is a lifesaver if it is a real mess. It is also more sturdy that many I have had in the past. So far it's worked perfectly. "well insulated", This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She got one last year and loved it and wanted another one. 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Great Baking Pans", I purchased this cookie pan for the first time to bake some cookies for a sale, and the cookies came out great. No burning, no sticking..they just slide right off. Highly recommended and great for the price. I would definetly purchase this baking pan again. It's definetly worth the money. "very sturdy pans", ive used them a few times now, and love them, especially since i was in need of cookie sheets and the orginal higher priced ones i wanted was out of stock, so i purchased these. so far so good, no burning or sticking, things slide right off, which since there is no sides, ive almost lost items as i pull out of oven because they donmt stick...so watch that you dont drop your cookies off sides...lol. and since you dont want to get water inbetween the layers, the back side has 4 holes in corners to drain, but are tiny, but since this doesnt stick so far, a fast wipe/rinse is all you need and no need to imerse under water(ive had this style before,differant brand, and never could get water to drain and they stuck, so had to imerses) but these are as described, clean up easy and no stick or burn. cant go wrong witht the price either!! a good buy if your picky! |
